TCG World Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how TCG World uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites, account services, checkout flows, creator dashboards, support tools, emails, and related interfaces. Please read it carefully together with the TCG World Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and End User License Agreement.
Effective Date: May 18, 2026
1. Introduction
TCG World uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, improve, personalize, analyze, market, and protect its websites, account services, game clients, launchers, checkout flows, creator and affiliate systems, marketplace interfaces, support tools, optional public-ledger features, UNIT-related functionality, and related services. This Cookie Policy is intended to provide detailed notice about the categories of cookies and similar technologies that may be used, the purposes for which they may be used, the choices available to users, and the limits of those choices. It is written for a live-service online game, virtual world, website, software client, creator program, affiliate program, advertising program, and optional public-ledger feature set. This Cookie Policy does not mean that every technology described here is used on every page, platform, device, region, store version, game client, launcher, or feature. Technologies used by TCG World may vary by product, region, device, browser, store, platform, account status, consent status, legal requirement, feature design, vendor integration, and business need.

2. Effective Date and Contact
The effective date of this Cookie Policy is May 18, 2026. The last updated date is also May 18, 2026. TCG World may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as described below. Questions, requests, opt-out inquiries, cookie preference questions, and privacy-related communications may be sent to support@tcg.world unless TCG World later publishes a different official contact method. For privacy rights requests, please use the subject line “Privacy Request.” For cookie-specific requests or questions, please use the subject line “Cookie Request.”
3. Scope of This Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy applies to official TCG World websites, pages, landing pages, account services, creator dashboards, affiliate dashboards, purchase flows, checkout flows, support forms, game clients, launchers, installers, emails, advertising campaigns, analytics tools, referral systems, marketplace interfaces, optional public-ledger features, UNIT-related functionality, and other TCG World-operated or TCG World-branded services that link to this Cookie Policy. This Cookie Policy also applies to similar technologies used in mobile, desktop, browser-based, launcher-based, or store-specific versions of TCG World where those technologies perform functions similar to cookies, including SDKs, local storage, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, event tags, session identifiers, and log technologies. This Cookie Policy does not control cookies or similar technologies used independently by third-party websites, game stores, app stores, payment processors, wallet providers, public-ledger networks, social platforms, streaming platforms, advertising networks, analytics providers, Upfluence Pay, or other external services. Those services may provide their own cookie notices, privacy policies, settings, and opt-out tools.
4. Relationship to the Terms, EULA, Privacy Policy, and Other Rules
This Cookie Policy works together with the TCG World Terms and Conditions, End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, purchase terms, creator and affiliate terms, event rules, store rules, platform rules, and any feature-specific disclosures presented to you. The Privacy Policy explains broader personal information practices. This Cookie Policy provides more specific detail about cookies and similar technologies. The Terms and Conditions and EULA may describe legal rights, responsibilities, restrictions, disclaimers, risk disclosures, and enforcement provisions that apply to TCG World services and software. If a cookie banner, consent prompt, store disclosure, regional notice, or feature-specific tracking notice is presented to you, that disclosure supplements this Cookie Policy for the specific feature, region, device, platform, or processing activity described.
5. Definitions
“Cookies” are small files or pieces of information stored on or accessed from a browser, device, app, game client, launcher, or similar environment. Cookies may help remember preferences, keep users signed in, secure sessions, measure activity, identify referrals, analyze performance, personalize content, or support advertising. “Similar technologies” include pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, session storage, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, web beacons, log files, event tags, fingerprinting-like technical signals where permitted by law, tracking URLs, click identifiers, conversion identifiers, affiliate identifiers, and other technologies that store information on, access information from, or recognize a browser, device, app, game client, launcher, or session. Capitalized terms not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meanings given in the TCG World Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, or EULA, including Account, DLC, Internal Records, Optional Public-Ledger Features, Payment Provider, Protected Parties, Services, Software, TCG World Content, UNIT, and User Content.
6. Cookies at a Glance
TCG World uses strictly necessary technologies to operate core services, secure accounts, remember essential choices, process purchases, detect fraud, preserve consent choices, and protect the Services. Some of these technologies are necessary and may not be disabled through TCG World preference tools without affecting access or functionality. TCG World may use functional, analytics, performance, advertising, attribution, referral, affiliate, personalization, anti-fraud, anti-cheat, security, support, and debugging technologies depending on the feature and jurisdiction. TCG World does not sell personal information for money. However, some advertising, retargeting, measurement, affiliate attribution, or analytics activities may be treated as sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under certain privacy laws. Where required, TCG World will provide opt-out rights and honor applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals as required by law.
7. Strictly Necessary Cookies and Similar Technologies
Strictly necessary technologies are required to provide core website, account, security, checkout, software, support, or compliance functions. These may include session cookies, login cookies, authentication identifiers, security cookies, load-balancing technologies, consent-preference records, fraud-prevention identifiers, checkout state, payment-flow state, and technologies needed to maintain requested services. TCG World uses strictly necessary technologies to authenticate users, keep sessions active, prevent unauthorized access, secure accounts, remember cookie choices, process checkout, deliver account access, support purchases, prevent fraud, preserve security logs, route traffic, diagnose service outages, and comply with legal requirements. Strictly necessary technologies may be placed or used without consent where applicable law allows because they are necessary to provide a service requested by the user or to transmit communications. If you block these technologies through browser or device settings, parts of TCG World may not function properly or may not be available.
8. Functional and Preference Technologies
Functional and preference technologies help remember choices and improve usability. Examples may include language, region, display preferences, login preferences, accessibility settings, sound settings, interface preferences, cookie preference records, game-related preferences, launcher preferences, and user-selected options. These technologies help reduce repeated prompts, improve account experience, preserve settings, enable certain interface choices, support accessibility preferences, and provide a more consistent user experience across sessions or devices. If functional technologies are disabled, some features may remain usable but may be less convenient, less personalized, or less consistent. Certain preference technologies may also be treated as strictly necessary where they preserve legal choices or security preferences.
9. Analytics and Performance Technologies
TCG World may use analytics and performance technologies to understand how users interact with websites, product pages, checkout flows, account systems, support tools, creator pages, launchers, game clients, and related services. Analytics technologies may collect or process page views, clicks, scrolls, referral sources, session duration, device type, browser type, approximate region, performance metrics, errors, crashes, conversion events, campaign events, checkout funnel events, and aggregated usage patterns. TCG World uses analytics and performance information to improve product pages, debug errors, test features, evaluate platform performance, understand user demand, measure campaign effectiveness, detect abuse, improve user experience, and support business planning. Where required by law, non-essential analytics technologies will be subject to consent or opt-out rights.
10. Advertising, Retargeting, and Measurement Technologies
TCG World may use advertising, retargeting, measurement, and promotional technologies to measure ad performance, understand campaign effectiveness, prevent advertising fraud, show relevant promotions, build audiences where permitted, and evaluate product growth. These technologies may collect or receive cookie identifiers, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, page views, clicks, campaign identifiers, referral sources, purchase events, conversion events, audience segments, and interactions with advertisements or promotional content. Depending on applicable law, some advertising and retargeting technologies may require consent or may be subject to opt-out rights. TCG World will provide applicable notices, cookie choices, “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanisms, or opt-out preference signal handling where required by law.
11. Affiliate, Creator, Referral, and Attribution Technologies
TCG World may use referral links, affiliate links, campaign parameters, cookies, click identifiers, conversion events, attribution windows, dashboard events, anti-fraud signals, and other technologies to operate creator, affiliate, influencer, streamer, and referral programs. Affiliate and referral technologies may record which creator, affiliate, campaign, link, page, email, advertisement, stream, or promotion referred a user or sale. They may also help determine whether a sale is valid, whether a commission is payable, whether a threshold is met, whether traffic is fraudulent, or whether program rules were violated. Creator and affiliate tracking is used for attribution, commission calculation, program administration, fraud prevention, payout review, campaign measurement, and business reporting. Users may lose attribution or program functionality if certain cookies or tracking technologies are disabled or blocked.
12. Security, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Cheat, and Abuse-Prevention Technologies
TCG World may use security, anti-fraud, anti-cheat, abuse-prevention, bot-detection, integrity-check, risk-review, rate-limiting, and similar technologies across websites, accounts, checkout flows, game clients, launchers, support systems, public-ledger features, marketplace interfaces, and creator or affiliate systems. These technologies may process IP address, device identifiers, account identifiers, session identifiers, browser information, file integrity data, process indicators, gameplay events, timing signals, suspicious behavior, payment signals, referral activity, wallet-related signals where connected, and other information relevant to security and platform integrity. Security technologies help detect account compromise, bots, fake traffic, affiliate fraud, referral manipulation, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, cheating, modified clients, private servers, automation, scraping, exploit use, harassment, scams, and other harmful activity. TCG World is not required to disclose detailed security logic, vendor tools, thresholds, detection methods, or risk scores where disclosure could compromise safety or security.
13. Game Client, Launcher, App, and SDK Technologies
TCG World game clients, launchers, downloadable software, app-like features, browser-based game features, and store-specific builds may use technologies similar to cookies, including local storage, device identifiers, SDKs, crash-reporting tools, telemetry tools, security tools, update-check tools, session identifiers, launcher logs, and configuration files. These technologies may support login, updates, file integrity checks, entitlement validation, crash reporting, performance monitoring, anti-cheat, anti-tamper, analytics, support, settings, error diagnosis, store compliance, and game functionality. Choices available for website cookies may not apply in the same way to strictly necessary game-client, launcher, security, anti-cheat, or software-update technologies. Where legally required and technically feasible, TCG World may provide platform-specific notices, controls, settings, or consent flows.
14. Checkout, Payment, and Transaction Technologies
TCG World and Payment Providers may use cookies and similar technologies to enable checkout, prevent payment fraud, preserve cart state, calculate tax, validate payment sessions, process orders, confirm purchases, detect chargeback risk, and protect users and TCG World from payment abuse. Payment processors, banks, card networks, game stores, app stores, payment platforms, and fraud vendors may set or read their own cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies and terms. TCG World may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, fraud indicators, dispute records, billing region, and similar information needed for operations and compliance. Blocking checkout, fraud, or payment technologies may prevent purchases, delay order processing, cause payment failures, restrict account access, interfere with refund or chargeback handling, or trigger additional verification.
15. Public-Ledger, Wallet, and UNIT-Related Technologies
TCG World may use cookies or similar technologies to support optional public-ledger features, wallet connection status, signed message flows, claim eligibility, marketplace displays, metadata display, UNIT-related functionality, fraud prevention, risk review, sanctions screening, and user support. Wallet providers, public-ledger tools, explorers, marketplaces, and external services may use their own technologies and process information under their own policies. TCG World does not control independent third-party wallet or public-ledger technologies. TCG World does not need and will not ask for private wallet recovery phrases. Cookies and similar technologies may help support wallet connection status or eligibility records, but users remain responsible for reviewing wallet prompts and securing wallets, devices, and credentials.
16. Support, Reporting, and Customer Service Technologies
TCG World may use cookies and similar technologies in support forms, help pages, ticket systems, bug reports, security reports, accessibility reports, privacy request forms, complaint forms, and legal intake processes. These technologies may help maintain support sessions, identify accounts, attach logs, prevent spam, detect abusive requests, preserve evidence, route support tickets, measure response performance, and protect support systems from misuse. Support vendors may use their own cookies or tools where they provide customer service infrastructure. TCG World may share or receive information as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Email, Pixels, and Communication Technologies
TCG World may use pixels, tags, link tracking, delivery tools, open tracking, click tracking, and similar technologies in emails and communications to deliver messages, measure engagement, diagnose delivery issues, prevent abuse, and maintain communication preferences. Operational communications may include account notices, security alerts, purchase receipts, policy updates, support responses, enforcement notices, service announcements, and legal notices. Marketing communications may include product announcements, DLC promotions, creator campaigns, event updates, newsletters, or promotional offers where permitted by law. Users may opt out of marketing communications through unsubscribe links or by contacting support@tcg.world. Opting out of marketing does not opt out of operational, security, legal, support, or account-related communications.
18. Local Storage, Session Storage, and Device Storage
TCG World may use local storage, session storage, cache files, app storage, launcher files, configuration files, and similar device storage mechanisms to support sessions, preferences, performance, gameplay settings, update processes, error reporting, consent choices, security, and functionality. Local storage and similar technologies may remain on your device until deleted, replaced, expired, cleared by the browser or app, or removed through settings. Some local records may be recreated when you use the Services again. Browser cookie settings may not fully control all forms of local storage, app storage, launcher storage, SDK storage, or device identifiers. Users may need to use browser settings, device settings, app settings, launcher settings, operating system tools, or platform controls to manage certain technologies.
19. Log Files and Server-Side Tracking
TCG World may use server logs, access logs, authentication logs, error logs, security logs, game logs, payment event logs, referral logs, support logs, and related server-side records. These records may be created even where browser cookies are disabled. Logs may include IP address, timestamps, account identifiers, session identifiers, device information, browser information, request information, referral source, gameplay activity, crash information, error codes, security events, and other operational records. Log files are used for security, debugging, fraud prevention, anti-cheat, analytics, legal compliance, support, account integrity, and platform operations. Cookie preference tools may not disable logs needed for security, legal compliance, or core functionality.
20. Fingerprinting-Like Signals and Device Recognition
TCG World may process technical signals to help recognize devices, browsers, sessions, or risk patterns for security, fraud prevention, anti-cheat, rate limiting, account protection, and compliance purposes. These signals may include device type, browser version, operating system, language, time zone, screen settings, IP address, app or launcher version, and similar technical attributes. TCG World does not use hidden device recognition to avoid legally required choices. Where a technology requires consent or opt-out under applicable law, TCG World will handle that technology according to applicable requirements. Security and anti-fraud device recognition may be necessary to protect accounts, payment systems, affiliate systems, game integrity, and users. Blocking or interfering with such technologies may result in additional verification, reduced functionality, or access restrictions.
21. Third-Party Technologies
TCG World may allow or use third-party technologies from hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, measurement partners, affiliate providers, payment processors, fraud vendors, anti-cheat vendors, identity providers, customer support providers, email providers, cookie consent tools, game stores, app stores, platform operators, wallet providers, Upfluence Pay, and other vendors. Third parties may set, read, receive, or process cookies and similar technologies under contracts with TCG World, under their own independent terms, or as required by their platforms. Some third parties act as service providers or processors. Others may act as independent controllers or businesses under privacy law. TCG World is not responsible for independent third-party privacy or cookie practices except where applicable law imposes responsibility that cannot be disclaimed. Users should review third-party privacy notices, cookie notices, and settings.
22. Examples of Third-Party Categories
Third-party technologies may include payment and fraud tools, hosting and cloud services, analytics tools, advertising and measurement platforms, consent management tools, affiliate tracking platforms, creator and payout platforms, game stores, app stores, wallet tools, public-ledger explorers, social platforms, streaming platforms, email platforms, customer support tools, identity verification tools, sanctions screening tools, security tools, and anti-cheat tools. Third-party categories may change over time as TCG World adds, removes, replaces, tests, disables, or modifies vendors, features, stores, platforms, regions, advertising tools, creator programs, or technical infrastructure. TCG World may publish additional vendor information, cookie tables, in-product notices, consent tool details, or store-specific disclosures where required or appropriate.
23. Cookie Duration and Expiration
Cookies and similar technologies may be session-based or persistent. Session technologies generally expire when a browser, app, launcher, or session closes. Persistent technologies may remain until they expire, are deleted, are replaced, or are removed through user settings or TCG World systems. The duration of a cookie or similar technology depends on its purpose, provider, legal requirement, user settings, consent status, browser settings, device settings, platform rules, security need, and vendor configuration. Some cookies may last minutes or hours. Others may last days, months, or longer where lawful and appropriate. TCG World will not retain personal information collected through cookies and similar technologies longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Cookie Policy, the Privacy Policy, or applicable notices, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, and operational needs.
24. Cookie Preference Center
Where required or implemented, TCG World may provide a cookie banner, consent management tool, or preference center that allows users to accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookie categories. The exact design may vary by region, platform, device, browser, and legal requirement. A preference center may include categories such as strictly necessary, functional, analytics, performance, advertising, affiliate attribution, security, or similar technologies. Strictly necessary technologies may not be disableable through the preference center because they are needed for core functionality or legal compliance. Users may be able to change choices later through a footer link, cookie settings page, privacy settings, account settings, browser settings, or another method TCG World makes available.
25. Consent for UK, EEA, and Swiss Users
For users in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, and Switzerland, TCG World will handle non-essential cookies and similar technologies according to applicable ePrivacy, PECR, GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss, and related requirements. Where legally required, TCG World will seek consent before setting or using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. Consent should be freely given, specific, informed, and based on a clear affirmative action. Users should be able to reject non-essential cookies where required by law. TCG World may set strictly necessary technologies without consent where applicable law allows because they are necessary to provide a requested service, transmit communications, preserve choices, protect security, prevent fraud, or operate essential functions.
26. United States State Privacy Choices
Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights relating to sale, sharing, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, profiling, sensitive information, and privacy preference signals. The exact rights depend on the state and the applicability of the law to TCG World. TCG World does not sell personal information for money. However, certain advertising, retargeting, measurement, analytics, or affiliate attribution activities may be considered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under some laws. Where required, TCG World will provide opt-out mechanisms, honor applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, and handle requests according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
27. California “Do Not Sell or Share” and Global Privacy Control
California and similar privacy laws may define “sell” and “share” broadly. TCG World does not sell personal information for money, but certain disclosures to advertising, retargeting, measurement, analytics, or attribution partners may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising where applicable law says so. Where required by law, TCG World will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism, cookie preference control, privacy request process, or similar opt-out method. TCG World will also honor applicable Global Privacy Control or similar legally recognized opt-out preference signals in a manner required by law and technically feasible for the relevant browser, device, or service. Opting out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising does not disable strictly necessary technologies, security technologies, fraud-prevention technologies, core service technologies, or non-targeted advertising where permitted by law.
28. Browser and Device Controls
Most browsers allow users to delete cookies, block cookies, limit third-party cookies, restrict tracking, send privacy preference signals, or receive alerts when cookies are set. Mobile devices, app stores, operating systems, and advertising platforms may provide additional controls for advertising identifiers, app tracking, location, notifications, or analytics. Browser and device settings may not fully control cookies or similar technologies used by apps, game clients, launchers, SDKs, server logs, security tools, anti-cheat systems, payment systems, wallet tools, or third-party platforms. If you block or delete cookies, you may need to re-enter information, reselect preferences, reauthenticate, lose affiliate attribution, lose cart state, encounter checkout errors, or experience reduced functionality.
29. Industry Opt-Out Tools
Users may be able to use industry opt-out tools provided by advertising or privacy organizations to limit certain interest-based advertising. These tools may depend on cookies or device settings and may not apply to all vendors, all devices, all apps, all browsers, or all forms of advertising. Examples of industry tools may include tools offered by advertising self-regulatory organizations, browser-level privacy settings, device advertising settings, app tracking controls, and platform-specific ad settings. Using an industry opt-out tool may not stop all advertising. It may instead make ads less personalized or limit certain targeted advertising practices. Users may still see contextual, operational, transactional, or non-personalized ads.
30. Google, Advertising, and Consent Requirements
If TCG World uses Google advertising, Google analytics, Google measurement, or similar tools, TCG World may be required to provide disclosures, collect consent where required, and transmit consent choices for users in certain regions, including the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, and Switzerland. TCG World may use consent tools, consent mode settings, regional defaults, advertising settings, tag configuration, or similar technical measures to support compliance with vendor policies and applicable law. If users reject non-essential advertising or analytics technologies, certain measurement, personalization, conversion tracking, retargeting, or advertising features may be limited, unavailable, less accurate, or not used for that user where legally required or technically feasible.
31. IAB Transparency and Consent Framework and Similar Standards
TCG World may choose to use, support, integrate with, or not use the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, Google consent tools, consent management platforms, privacy preference signals, or other industry frameworks depending on vendors, regions, advertising partners, legal requirements, and technical needs. Participation in an industry framework does not expand user rights beyond applicable law, the Privacy Policy, this Cookie Policy, or the settings presented to the user. It also does not guarantee that every third-party vendor will honor every signal in the same way. TCG World may update consent frameworks, vendor lists, consent strings, tag settings, and regional configurations as law, technology, vendor requirements, or advertising systems evolve.
32. Cookie Choices and Account Status
Cookie choices may be stored by browser, device, account, app, launcher, region, or preference tool. If you use multiple browsers, devices, profiles, private browsing modes, or delete cookies, you may need to repeat your choices. Logging into an Account may allow certain preferences to be associated with your Account where technically feasible. However, some choices may remain device-specific or browser-specific because of how cookies and similar technologies work. TCG World may maintain records of consent, opt-out, preference, and privacy choices for compliance, auditing, security, and preference management purposes.
33. What Happens if You Reject Non-Essential Cookies
If you reject non-essential cookies or similar technologies where such rejection is available, TCG World will use reasonable measures to avoid setting or using those technologies for the rejected purposes, subject to technical limitations, legal requirements, and vendor controls. Rejecting non-essential cookies may reduce personalization, limit analytics, reduce advertising relevance, affect conversion measurement, prevent retargeting, disable certain preference features, interfere with affiliate attribution, or affect marketing campaign reporting. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not disable strictly necessary cookies, security logs, fraud-prevention records, account records, payment records, public-ledger records, legal records, or other processing that is necessary or otherwise permitted by law.
34. Public Areas, Social Features, and Streaming
Cookies and similar technologies may support public profiles, creator pages, streams, embedded content, chat features, social sharing, referral links, video players, event pages, and user-generated content features. Third-party streaming platforms, social platforms, video players, embedded content providers, chat providers, or sharing tools may set their own cookies or similar technologies. TCG World may not control those independent technologies. Users should understand that public areas, streams, embedded content, social integrations, and third-party platforms may involve tracking or visibility outside TCG World complete control.
35. Embedded Content and External Links
TCG World pages or communications may include embedded content, links, videos, images, social widgets, payment frames, wallet prompts, store widgets, livestream embeds, support tools, or third-party scripts. These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies. Interacting with embedded content or external links may allow third parties to collect information about your device, browser, account with that third party, interactions, or viewing activity under their own policies. Users should review third-party terms, privacy notices, and cookie policies before interacting with external services. TCG World is not responsible for independent third-party tracking practices except where liability cannot be limited by law.
36. Children and Adult-Only Platform Notice
TCG World is intended for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. TCG World is not directed to children. TCG World does not knowingly use cookies or similar technologies to track children for child-directed services. If TCG World learns or reasonably believes that a minor has accessed the Services in violation of the Terms, TCG World may restrict, suspend, terminate, delete, or preserve records as appropriate under law, safety requirements, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and legal obligations. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided information to TCG World may contact support@tcg.world.
37. Sensitive Information and Cookies
TCG World does not intend for users to submit highly sensitive information through cookie tools, public areas, chat, profile fields, creator links, or ordinary website forms unless specifically requested through a secure process for a permitted purpose. Cookie and tracking technologies may indirectly process information that some laws classify as sensitive in limited contexts, such as account login credentials, payment-related signals handled by providers, approximate location, security signals, fraud signals, compliance information, or public-ledger-related information where connected. Where applicable law gives users rights to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, TCG World will honor those rights as required by law. Security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, core service, and safety uses may remain permitted under applicable law.
38. Data Shared Through Cookies and Similar Technologies
Information shared through cookies and similar technologies may include identifiers, IP address, device data, browser data, page views, clicks, referral source, campaign identifiers, session identifiers, purchase events, conversion events, approximate region, preferences, error events, fraud signals, and other technical or activity information. Information may be shared with service providers, processors, affiliates, analytics partners, advertising partners, measurement partners, affiliate platforms, payment processors, fraud vendors, security vendors, customer support providers, and other third parties described in the Privacy Policy. Information may also be visible to external services when users interact with third-party content, stores, wallets, payment tools, social platforms, streaming platforms, embedded content, or external links.
39. Retention of Cookie and Tracking Data
TCG World retains information collected through cookies and similar technologies for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy, including operations, analytics, advertising, attribution, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support, dispute resolution, and business records. Cookie lifetimes may be described in a cookie preference tool, vendor list, browser settings, or additional notice where available. Some cookie data may expire quickly. Other records, including server-side logs, conversion records, security records, consent records, and fraud records, may be retained longer where needed. Deidentified, aggregated, or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely where permitted by law. Public-ledger records are outside TCG World control and may persist indefinitely.
40. Deidentified and Aggregated Information
TCG World may use information collected through cookies and similar technologies to create deidentified, aggregated, anonymized, or statistical information that does not reasonably identify a specific person. TCG World may use and disclose this information for analytics, product development, security, performance measurement, advertising measurement, business planning, investor reporting, creator program analysis, fraud prevention, and operational improvement. TCG World will not attempt to reidentify information it maintains as deidentified where prohibited by law, except where necessary to test deidentification, comply with law, investigate misuse, or protect security and legal rights.
41. Cookie Choices, Privacy Requests, and Verification
Cookie choices can often be managed through a cookie preference center, browser settings, device settings, app settings, platform settings, unsubscribe links, or privacy request processes. Privacy rights requests may be submitted to support@tcg.world as described in the Privacy Policy. TCG World may need to verify identity before responding to requests involving personal information, Account information, payment-related information, public-ledger-related information, support records, enforcement records, or other sensitive records. TCG World may deny, limit, or delay requests where permitted by law, including where requests are unverifiable, fraudulent, excessive, technically infeasible, harmful to others, inconsistent with security, inconsistent with legal obligations, or relate to information outside TCG World control.
42. International Users and Regional Differences
Cookie and tracking rules vary by country, state, province, platform, store, device, and region. TCG World may provide different notices, consent flows, default settings, cookie categories, vendor lists, opt-out tools, or feature availability depending on user location, legal requirement, technical feasibility, and vendor capability. Users in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, Switzerland, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other jurisdictions may have specific rights or choices relating to cookies, targeted advertising, sharing, sale, sensitive information, consent, and opt-out signals. Where applicable law requires different handling, TCG World will comply to the extent required for the specific user, region, transaction, technology, or processing activity. Any required accommodation does not create a broader voluntary policy for other users or regions.
43. Platform, Store, and Device Differences
TCG World may operate different versions of its Services through websites, game stores, app stores, launchers, browser-access builds, event builds, creator builds, and game clients. Each version may involve different cookies, SDKs, telemetry, store identifiers, payment tools, advertising tools, consent flows, privacy settings, and technical controls. For example, a website may use web cookies and pixels. A game client may use telemetry, crash logs, anti-cheat signals, launcher logs, and local files. A store version may involve store account IDs, store purchase data, and store telemetry. A creator program may involve referral and commission tracking. Optional public-ledger features may involve wallet connection records and public transaction data. TCG World may provide different controls or disclosures by platform, store, device, or region where required or appropriate.
44. Cookie Policy Updates
TCG World may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, products, services, advertising tools, analytics tools, vendor requirements, cookie categories, consent requirements, platform rules, public-ledger features, creator programs, payment processes, support tools, or security requirements. TCG World may provide notice of changes by posting an updated Cookie Policy, updating the effective date, sending a notice, presenting an in-platform notice, updating a cookie banner, or using other reasonable methods. Where required by law, TCG World will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Cookie Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you must adjust available settings or stop using the Services, subject to surviving obligations under the Terms and Conditions, EULA, and Privacy Policy.
45. Contact Information
For cookie questions, cookie preference questions, privacy requests, opt-out requests, Global Privacy Control questions, advertising choice questions, or related inquiries, contact TCG World at support@tcg.world. Please use the subject line “Cookie Request” for cookie-specific requests and “Privacy Request” for privacy rights requests. Include your Account email, username, state or country of residence, the request you are making, and enough information for TCG World to locate relevant records and respond. Do not send passwords, private wallet recovery phrases, unnecessary identification documents, or sensitive information unless TCG World specifically requests it through a secure process.
46. Maximum Protective Interpretation
This Cookie Policy is intended to provide transparent notice while preserving TCG World ability to operate, secure, improve, advertise, measure, and protect a live-service online game, virtual world, website, software client, creator program, affiliate program, marketplace interface, support system, and optional public-ledger feature set. If more than one lawful basis, purpose, category, vendor type, retention reason, disclosure reason, consent rule, opt-out exception, or legal exception applies, TCG World may rely on all applicable grounds to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Cookie Policy limits TCG World rights under the Terms and Conditions, EULA, Privacy Policy, creator terms, purchase terms, platform rules, applicable law, equity, or signed written agreements. Nothing in this Cookie Policy creates a refund right, software right, account right, marketplace right, public-ledger right, creator payout right, or support right beyond what is required by applicable law or written agreement.
47. Final User Acknowledgment
