Please read this End User License Agreement carefully. It contains important provisions regarding software licensing, installation, updates, anti-cheat controls, prohibited technical conduct, private servers, user content, online safety, health and safety, optional public-ledger features, UNIT, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, class action waiver, and your responsibilities. By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, updating, copying, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
Effective Date: May 18, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance of EULA
This End User License Agreement (the "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you and TCG World governing your download, installation, copying, access, launch, execution, display, updating, patching, and use of the TCG World software, game client, launcher, installers, downloadable files, updates, test builds, tools, plug-ins, local components, online game features, software-based services, and related files made available by or on behalf of TCG World (collectively, the "Software"). For purposes of this EULA, "TCG World," "we," "us," and "our" means TCG World US, Inc., TCG Bahamas Ltd., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, vendors, and agents, as applicable to the product, platform, region, transaction, or feature involved. By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, updating, copying, using, or continuing to use the Software, creating or accessing an Account through the Software, connecting to TCG World servers, clicking an acceptance button, checking an agreement box, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this EULA, the TCG World Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional rules presented for a specific platform, store, feature, build, test, region, event, or purchase. If you do not agree, you must not download, install, launch, access, copy, update, or use the Software, and you must uninstall and delete all copies within your possession or control. This EULA is intended to protect TCG World and the Protected Parties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Software is licensed, not sold. Your rights are conditional, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. Your sole remedy if you do not agree to this EULA or any update is to stop using and uninstall the Software.

2. Relationship to Terms and Conditions
The TCG World Terms and Conditions are incorporated into this EULA by reference and remain the umbrella agreement for the broader TCG World platform. The Terms and Conditions govern account services, website services, purchases, payments, downloadable content, digital items, virtual land, Account Entitlements, User Content, marketplace features, creator and affiliate programs, optional public-ledger features, UNIT, support processes, privacy references, dispute matters, and all other Services-level terms. This EULA is narrower and controls Software-specific matters, including installation, copying, local use, technical restrictions, game-client access, anti-cheat controls, anti-tamper controls, authorized downloads, updates, device requirements, local files, Software ownership, use of game-client features, and prohibited technical activity. If there is any conflict, the order of precedence in the Terms and Conditions controls. As a general rule, the Terms and Conditions control platform, account, purchase, payment, digital item, public-ledger, marketplace, creator, support, privacy, and dispute matters, while this EULA controls Software installation, copying, technical use, and game-client restrictions. Nothing in this EULA creates a refund right, ownership right, public-ledger right, marketplace right, creator payout right, support right, or account entitlement beyond what is expressly provided in the Terms and Conditions, the applicable checkout flow, or a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of TCG World.
3. Definitions and Incorporated Terms
Capitalized terms not defined in this EULA have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions. This includes Account, Account Entitlements, Digital Assets, Digital Collectible, DLC, Internal Records, Marketplace, Off-Chain Digital Items, Optional Public-Ledger Features, Payment Provider, Protected Parties, Services, TCG World Content, UNIT, and User Content. Software means the TCG World game client, launcher, installer, executable files, patches, updates, hotfixes, test builds, downloadable components, local files, configuration files, cached files, game tools, plug-ins, game-client interfaces, public builds, private builds, anti-cheat or security components, local content delivery components, and other software-based tools or files made available by or on behalf of TCG World. Authorized Platform means an official TCG World website, official launcher, official store page, authorized game store, authorized app store, authorized platform, or other distribution channel approved by TCG World for distribution, installation, update, or access to the Software. Protected Parties has the meaning stated in the Terms and Conditions and is intended to cover all TCG World entities, personnel, contractors, developers, moderators, vendors, service providers, technology providers, licensors, creators, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Eligibility, Age Requirement, and Legal Capacity
The Software and Services are intended only for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, or using the Software, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, have legal capacity to enter into this EULA, and are not barred from using the Software under applicable law. You may not use the Software if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, organized under the laws of, or accessing from a jurisdiction where the Software, Services, UNIT, digital assets, Optional Public-Ledger Features, or related activities are prohibited, restricted, or subject to licensing TCG World has not obtained. You also may not use the Software if you are subject to sanctions, embargoes, denied-party restrictions, export controls, or similar limitations. TCG World may require age verification, identity verification, jurisdiction verification, tax documentation, payment verification, Account verification, wallet control verification, or other information before allowing access to the Software or any Software feature. Refusal or failure to provide requested information may result in denied, delayed, restricted, suspended, or terminated access without refund or compensation except where required by law.
5. Adult Platform and No Child-Directed Use
TCG World is an adult platform. The Software is not directed to children, is not intended for children, and may not be downloaded, installed, accessed, or used by anyone under 18 years old or under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. This rule applies even where a device, store, launcher, social account, or third-party platform permits access by younger users. Users, creators, affiliates, streamers, advertisers, partners, and community members may not market the Software or Services to children, create child-directed campaigns, use child-directed advertising, collect information from children through TCG World campaigns, imply that TCG World is intended for children, or use TCG World branding in a manner directed at children. TCG World may remove content, terminate creator access, block accounts, or take other action if it believes activity is child-directed or unsafe. If TCG World learns or reasonably believes that a minor has accessed the Software, created an Account, submitted personal information, connected a wallet, made a purchase, or interacted with the Services, TCG World may restrict, suspend, terminate, delete, or preserve the relevant records as appropriate and may refuse refunds except where required by law.
6. License Grant
Subject to your continuing compliance with this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, any platform or store rules, and all applicable laws, TCG World grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, launch, and use one copy of the Software on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for personal entertainment use and solely through Authorized Platforms. Unless TCG World expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, you may not use the Software for commercial hosting, public access terminals, location-based entertainment, paid demonstrations, security services, commercial training, external analytics, competitive products, unauthorized tournaments, paid access services, managed gameplay services, item farming, boosting, account leveling, brokerage, private sales, or any other commercial purpose. This license is conditional, personal, and revocable. TCG World may revoke, suspend, restrict, or modify your license in connection with enforcement actions, Software updates, technical changes, store requirements, security issues, business decisions, compliance review, payment disputes, public-ledger risk, platform integrity concerns, or other reasons described in this EULA or the Terms and Conditions.
7. Software Licensed, Not Sold
The Software is licensed, not sold. Downloading, installing, copying, accessing, or using the Software does not transfer ownership of the Software, TCG World Content, game systems, code, object code, source code, scripts, tools, files, artwork, music, audio, visual elements, maps, gameplay systems, server systems, databases, Accounts, digital item designs, virtual land designs, characters, creatures, vehicles, user interfaces, metadata, technical systems, trade secrets, names, logos, brands, or any other intellectual property. TCG World and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in this EULA. No implied license, estoppel-based license, exhaustion-based license, ownership right, source-code right, server-access right, commercial-use right, data-extraction right, or public-ledger support right is granted except to the extent a restriction cannot be enforced under applicable law. All goodwill arising from use of TCG World names, logos, marks, designs, characters, worlds, and Software belongs exclusively to TCG World or its licensors. You may not claim ownership, registration rights, derivative rights, or priority over any TCG World intellectual property.
8. Ownership of Game Assets, World Content, and Software Systems
TCG World and its licensors own or control all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and TCG World Content, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, design rights, database rights, moral rights, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights. This includes characters, creatures, vehicles, land designs, maps, buildings, regions, environmental designs, item designs, cosmetics, badges, titles, artwork, animations, music, sound, interfaces, game economy systems, balancing systems, reward systems, metadata, files, tools, server systems, and underlying technology. A purchase, unlock, claim, grant, display, link, or use of DLC, Account Entitlements, Off-Chain Digital Items, virtual land functionality, digital assets, or UNIT does not transfer ownership of TCG World Content or underlying intellectual property. Any access is a limited license or feature entitlement subject to the Terms and Conditions, this EULA, platform rules, Internal Records, and continued operation of the relevant feature. Users may not assert ownership over game systems, map regions, visual designs, item designs, Software outputs, generated world elements, economy systems, server behavior, or other TCG World Content merely because those elements appear in an Account, land area, screenshot, stream, public-ledger display, marketplace page, or user-created scene.
9. Account, Activation, Authentication, and Online Access
Certain Software features require an Account, internet connection, current Software version, server authentication, platform account, store account, entitlement check, age verification, jurisdiction check, payment verification, public-ledger check, anti-cheat validation, file-integrity validation, or other access control. TCG World may deny access where validation fails, is unavailable, is suspicious, or presents risk. You must provide accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading Account information and maintain the security of your Account credentials, devices, email accounts, authentication tools, store accounts, platform accounts, and any connected wallets. You are responsible for all activity through your Account, device, network, store account, email account, credentials, and connected tools, whether authorized by you or not, except to the extent caused by TCG World in a manner that cannot be limited under applicable law. Accounts are personal, revocable access credentials. You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, share, assign, sublicense, commercially exploit, transfer, broker, escrow, or otherwise provide Account access to another person without TCG World prior written consent.
10. TCG World Internal Records as Source of Truth
TCG World Internal Records are the authoritative records for Software access, Account status, DLC access, digital item access, virtual land functionality, game access, public-ledger-related Software functionality, rewards, entitlement status, claim eligibility, support eligibility, enforcement actions, feature availability, and all Software-related determinations. External records, screenshots, wallet displays, third-party marketplace pages, public-ledger records, cached data, metadata displays, community spreadsheets, social posts, chat messages, creator statements, support summaries, old files, third-party analytics, or user assertions do not override TCG World Internal Records for Software access, game-client functionality, Account Entitlements, gameplay utility, support decisions, or enforcement. TCG World may correct, reverse, adjust, remove, disable, or modify records, grants, entitlements, access rights, metadata links, marketplace eligibility, public-ledger-related display, or Software functionality that was issued in error, duplicated, misconfigured, exploited, obtained through fraud, obtained through abuse, inconsistent with Internal Records, or contrary to this EULA or the Terms and Conditions.
11. Installation, Device Requirements, and User Environment
You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, operating systems, drivers, launchers, store accounts, platform accounts, input devices, internet connections, firewall settings, antivirus settings, storage space, security settings, and other tools required to download, install, update, launch, and use the Software. Supported requirements may change over time. TCG World does not guarantee that the Software will work on every device, operating system, browser, launcher, store, controller, assistive technology, wallet, network, region, configuration, virtual machine, remote desktop environment, emulator, cloud gaming service, or connection speed. TCG World may stop supporting older hardware, operating systems, drivers, launchers, graphics cards, devices, or platforms at any time. TCG World is not responsible for user-side hardware issues, device failures, overheating, corrupted drives, insufficient storage, driver conflicts, incompatible operating systems, firewall restrictions, antivirus interference, router issues, internet outages, power interruptions, store-account problems, device bans, local malware, third-party software conflicts, or other user-side conditions.
12. Installation Risk, Backups, and Local Device Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up data and maintaining your device before installing, updating, repairing, moving, or removing the Software. The Software may create, modify, replace, cache, download, patch, or delete local files, settings, logs, cached assets, temporary files, crash reports, shader files, update files, configuration files, and other operational files. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG World is not responsible for data loss, device problems, software conflicts, corrupted files, settings changes, file deletions, local storage issues, failed updates, failed installations, failed repairs, failed uninstalls, or other user-side problems associated with installation, updates, patches, file verification, or removal. Uninstalling the Software does not automatically delete every record, terminate every Account, cancel payment obligations, create refund rights, remove enforcement history, delete support records, delete payment records, remove public-ledger records, or affect obligations that survive termination.
13. Authorized Distribution and Downloads
You may download, install, update, or access the Software only through Authorized Platforms or other official sources approved by TCG World. You may not download, install, use, distribute, or promote copies obtained from unofficial websites, file-sharing services, repackaged installers, unauthorized mirrors, unauthorized launchers, modified builds, leaked builds, third-party sellers, gray-market sellers, or other sources not approved by TCG World. You may not repackage, bundle, wrap, compress, modify, white-label, relabel, embed, or redistribute the Software with any other software, installer, advertising tool, malware, telemetry tool, launcher, updater, patcher, file-sharing system, monetization system, or third-party service without TCG World prior written consent. TCG World may block, disable, restrict, or refuse support for unofficial, altered, corrupted, outdated, leaked, unsupported, or unauthorized copies of the Software. Use or distribution of unauthorized copies may result in Account suspension, termination, denial of support, platform reports, takedown requests, and legal action.
14. File Integrity, Build Integrity, and Update Validation
You may not alter, replace, delete, spoof, corrupt, bypass, or interfere with Software files, manifests, checksums, build identifiers, asset bundles, update files, configuration files, launcher files, entitlement files, anti-cheat files, security files, crash-reporting files, telemetry files, or other components used to verify the integrity of the Software. The Software may perform file-integrity checks, build validation, version checks, checksum comparisons, server-side validation, asset validation, entitlement validation, store validation, and other verification steps. TCG World may deny access, require repair, require update, disable features, or suspend Accounts where integrity checks fail or indicate tampering, corruption, unauthorized modification, or suspicious activity. Users may not claim compensation, refunds, lost access damages, or other remedies because an unauthorized, modified, outdated, corrupted, or unsupported build stops working, is blocked, fails verification, or is denied access.
15. Updates, Patches, Versions, and Mandatory Changes
TCG World may provide updates, patches, hotfixes, builds, data changes, launcher changes, security updates, content updates, balance changes, file replacements, server changes, and other modifications to the Software at any time. Updates may be automatic, mandatory, server-side, client-side, or distributed through third-party platforms. By using the Software, you consent to automatic and mandatory updates to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to install, accept, or maintain required updates, launcher versions, operating system requirements, anti-cheat requirements, driver requirements, platform requirements, or security conditions may result in loss of access without refund or compensation except where required by law. Older versions of the Software may stop working, may be blocked from servers, may lose feature access, may be unsupported, may be insecure, or may no longer be compatible. TCG World is not required to maintain compatibility with prior builds, prior devices, prior operating systems, prior launchers, prior network configurations, prior public-ledger integrations, or prior feature sets.
16. Dynamic Game Features and Balance Changes
The Software is dynamic. TCG World may change controls, interfaces, graphics, maps, land functionality, item functionality, creature functionality, vehicle functionality, game economy systems, reward tables, drop rates, spawn rates, crafting requirements, progression, physics, networking, marketplace mechanics, item attributes, public-ledger-related display, access rules, and other features at any time. No user has a right to preserve a particular gameplay advantage, item strength, rarity level, drop rate, earning rate, reward rate, item attribute, visual design, land benefit, vehicle behavior, creature behavior, economy condition, Software version, map condition, control scheme, server configuration, or feature state. TCG World may rebalance, restrict, disable, remove, substitute, or reclassify features without refund or compensation except where required by law. Product descriptions, screenshots, videos, trailers, demos, early builds, marketing materials, developer statements, community posts, roadmaps, and feature lists are illustrative and may not reflect final or future Software functionality.
17. Pre-Release, Testing, Confidentiality, and Non-Disclosure
TCG World may provide alpha, beta, preview, test, staging, early-access, prototype, limited, unreleased, private, or development Software builds. Test access is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time. Test builds may contain bugs, crashes, wipes, resets, missing features, placeholder content, unfinished assets, incorrect balance, security risks, downtime, or data loss. Unless TCG World publicly releases or expressly authorizes disclosure of a build or feature, pre-release Software, test builds, unreleased features, internal screens, debug information, technical information, roadmaps, developer notes, performance data, issue lists, unreleased assets, and non-public communications are confidential. You may not record, stream, screenshot, share, publish, describe, distribute, reverse engineer, data mine, benchmark, leak, or disclose confidential pre-release materials unless TCG World expressly permits it in writing or through official program rules. Bug reports, test feedback, gameplay reports, performance reports, balance suggestions, and technical suggestions submitted during testing may be used by TCG World without compensation, attribution, confidentiality, approval, or obligation unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
18. Third-Party Stores, Launchers, Platforms, and Devices
If you download or access the Software through Steam, Epic Games Store, mobile app stores, console platforms, device platforms, launchers, or other third-party distribution channels, those third-party terms, policies, technical requirements, content rules, age rules, refund rules, account rules, and enforcement rules may also apply. Different versions of the Software may have different features depending on platform, store, launcher, device, region, rating requirements, payment method, platform rules, technical restrictions, or legal requirements. Wallet connection, public-ledger functionality, UNIT functionality, marketplace features, external links, optional minting, and related features may be unavailable or disabled in certain versions. TCG World is not responsible for third-party account bans, launcher failures, store outages, app store decisions, console platform restrictions, device platform changes, payment platform holds, social platform moderation, streaming platform strikes, wallet provider failures, platform policy changes, or other third-party decisions affecting access.
19. Store Requirements, Platform Compliance, and Feature Separation
TCG World may modify, restrict, disable, remove, separate, or replace features from a version of the Software to comply with store, app store, launcher, console, payment, content rating, privacy, advertising, age, regional, public-ledger, or platform rules without refund or compensation except where required by law. A feature available on one platform, store, launcher, region, or build may be unavailable on another. TCG World is not required to provide feature parity, cross-platform parity, public-ledger parity, marketplace parity, account parity, content parity, performance parity, or purchase parity across all versions. If a third-party store, platform, launcher, Payment Provider, bank, vendor, regulator, or legal requirement restricts a feature, TCG World may disable the affected feature, block external links, hide wallet prompts, remove marketplace access, restrict public-ledger-related Software features, or provide an alternate Software version.
20. Store-Specific Versions and Platform Requirements
TCG World may release, modify, separate, restrict, disable, maintain, or discontinue different versions of the Software for Steam, Epic Games Store, mobile app stores, console platforms, launchers, cloud platforms, browser-access environments, event builds, press builds, creator builds, or other distribution channels. Each version may be subject to the applicable store, platform, payment, content, age-rating, privacy, advertising, transaction, wallet, external-link, user-conduct, data, and technical rules. Where a store or platform requires purchases, in-game transactions, wallet functionality, external links, downloadable content, Account linking, user-generated content, public-ledger features, marketplace features, advertising, promotions, refunds, or communications to be handled in a particular way, TCG World may comply with those requirements without creating any right to feature parity, refunds, compensation, replacement benefits, marketplace access, public-ledger support, UNIT functionality, or similar treatment in any other version of the Software. TCG World may disable, remove, hide, separate, geofence, replace, or modify wallet connection, UNIT functionality, public-ledger features, marketplace links, external purchase links, external item links, optional minting, optional claiming, optional linking, creator tools, referral tools, advertising features, payment features, or other features from any store-specific version of the Software where required or advisable for store compliance, payment compliance, user safety, legal compliance, privacy compliance, content-rating compliance, technical limitations, or business reasons. Purchases made through a third-party store, launcher, platform, bank, card network, app store, game store, console platform, or Payment Provider may be processed, billed, refunded, reversed, taxed, reviewed, restricted, or controlled by that third party. TCG World may be unable to override store decisions, store refunds, store chargebacks, store account restrictions, store content moderation, store transaction rules, store wallet rules, store external-link rules, or store technical requirements. Compliance with a store, platform, launcher, app store, game store, console platform, Payment Provider, bank, card network, regulator, rating authority, or other third-party requirement does not create a voluntary TCG World refund policy, admission of fault, waiver of rights, guarantee of store approval, guarantee of continued distribution, or obligation to provide similar treatment elsewhere. If a store-specific rule, store license, platform policy, required store disclosure, payment rule, content-rating rule, privacy rule, advertising rule, or regional store requirement conflicts with this EULA, the conflict applies only to the specific store, platform, version, transaction, region, feature, or user for which the conflict is legally or contractually required. All non-conflicting provisions of this EULA and the Terms and Conditions remain enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users may not use differences between versions, stores, launchers, platforms, regions, payment methods, or builds to claim breach, misrepresentation, refund rights, damages, feature parity, public-ledger support, marketplace access, UNIT functionality, external purchase access, creator tool access, or continued availability. TCG World may operate a store-compliant version, a website version, a creator version, a testing version, and other versions with different features without creating obligations across versions.
21. Restrictions on Copying, Distribution, and Commercial Use
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, publish, share, mirror, frame, make available, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, host, stream as a service, provide managed access to, or otherwise transfer the Software or any part of it except as expressly allowed by this EULA or mandatory applicable law. You may not use the Software, servers, game systems, files, code, content, assets, tools, interfaces, or data for unauthorized commercial purposes, including paid hosting, third-party services, account leveling, boosting, farming, private sales, external analytics, training products, unauthorized tournaments, gray-market services, advertising products, managed gameplay, competitive products, or marketplaces not approved by TCG World. You may not use the Software in any way that exceeds the license granted, bypasses access controls, circumvents authentication, misuses servers, interferes with other users, damages TCG World, violates rights, or violates this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, platform rules, or applicable law.
22. Reverse Engineering and Technical Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code from, modify, translate, adapt, debug, trace, hook, intercept, emulate, monitor, tamper with, patch, alter, inject code into, create derivative works from, or attempt to discover the structure, algorithms, file formats, protocols, server behavior, source code, or internal workings of the Software, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You may not claim a right to access private APIs, unpublished interfaces, server protocols, internal data formats, source code, security systems, anti-cheat systems, build tools, development tools, telemetry tools, administrative tools, support tools, server tools, proprietary documentation, or internal records. Any legally non-waivable right to reverse engineer for interoperability applies only to the minimum extent required by law and does not authorize cheating, security circumvention, public release of confidential information, competing services, private servers, data extraction, asset extraction, or harm to the Software. You may not use research, criticism, compatibility, preservation, education, modding, accessibility, security testing, or interoperability as a pretext for conduct that violates this EULA, compromises security, extracts assets, creates private servers, creates competing services, enables cheating, bypasses access controls, or harms TCG World.
23. Security Circumvention and Technical Protection Measures
You may not bypass, disable, remove, interfere with, spoof, exploit, or circumvent authentication systems, entitlement checks, account checks, region checks, age gates, access controls, anti-cheat systems, security systems, rate limits, payment checks, public-ledger checks, digital rights controls, integrity checks, moderation controls, reporting tools, or technical protection measures. The Software may include or interact with technical protection measures, anti-tamper systems, anti-cheat tools, fraud-detection systems, file-integrity checks, launcher controls, authentication systems, entitlement systems, server-side validation, rate limits, device checks, and other security controls designed to protect TCG World, users, the game economy, payment systems, and platform operations. By using the Software, you consent to the operation of security, anti-cheat, fraud-detection, file-integrity, crash-reporting, telemetry, and enforcement-related tools to the fullest extent permitted by law and as further described in the Privacy Policy.
24. Anti-Cheat, Exploits, Automation, and Fair Play
You may not cheat, exploit, manipulate, automate, disrupt, or interfere with the Software, gameplay, servers, economy, rewards, rankings, referrals, events, tournaments, matchmaking, digital item systems, public-ledger features, marketplace features, creator attribution, or other users. Prohibited tools and methods include bots, scripts, macros, trainers, hacks, modified clients, unauthorized overlays, packet tools, memory editors, debuggers used for unauthorized purposes, automation tools, input broadcasting, artificial input systems, emulator abuse, account farming tools, reward farming tools, market manipulation tools, claim automation tools, wallet automation tools, and external services designed to manipulate the Software. You may not exploit bugs, glitches, pricing errors, duplication errors, reward errors, marketplace errors, claim errors, public-ledger-related display errors, permission errors, security vulnerabilities, server errors, or unintended mechanics. You must promptly report serious vulnerabilities or exploits to TCG World and must not use, disclose, sell, publish, or distribute exploit information.
25. Monitoring, Detection, and Enforcement Tools
TCG World may use anti-cheat tools, logging, telemetry, automated detection, behavioral analysis, device information, file-integrity checks, server-side validation, fraud tools, wallet screening, payment review, human review, machine-learning tools, and third-party tools to detect and address cheating, exploits, automation, fraud, abuse, account compromise, security issues, and violations. TCG World is not required to disclose detection methods, evidence, vendor tools, risk scores, thresholds, alerts, algorithms, models, internal deliberations, or security processes where disclosure could compromise security, privacy, legal compliance, investigations, or platform integrity. Enforcement may include warnings, progress resets, item removal, entitlement reversal, reward denial, claim denial, payout denial, marketplace restriction, creator restriction, Account suspension, Account termination, device restrictions, wallet restrictions, IP restrictions, region restrictions, platform reports, Payment Provider reports, legal action, and reports to law enforcement or regulators.
26. Mods, Private Servers, Emulators, and Unauthorized Clients
You may not create, distribute, install, promote, sell, monetize, or use unauthorized modifications, modified clients, altered files, injected code, plug-ins, add-ons, asset replacements, gameplay modifications, cheats, automation tools, or tools that alter the Software or interact with the Software in unauthorized ways. You may not create, operate, distribute, promote, connect to, monetize, or assist with unauthorized private servers, server emulators, custom servers, alternate networks, proxy servers, unofficial launchers, reverse-engineered server software, protocol emulators, matchmaking replacements, remote service wrappers, or systems that simulate, replace, interfere with, or connect to TCG World services without authorization. You may not create, distribute, promote, sell, or use unofficial clients, custom launchers, altered executables, unauthorized mobile versions, unauthorized browser versions, unauthorized cloud versions, remote play services, wrappers, or tools that access TCG World servers without TCG World written authorization.
27. Asset Extraction, Data Mining, and Unofficial Tools
You may not extract, rip, copy, convert, export, dump, decode, reconstruct, index, catalogue, publish, or reuse TCG World models, textures, maps, music, sound, code, animations, characters, creatures, vehicles, user interfaces, land designs, digital item designs, metadata, audio, video, scripts, shaders, or other assets for mods, competing products, external projects, merchandise, data products, AI systems, training data, or third-party services without written permission. You may not scrape, harvest, crawl, bulk download, extract, index, copy, mine, mirror, replicate, or use automated means to collect Software data, server data, user data, Account data, gameplay data, economy data, maps, item data, metadata, files, images, models, audio, text, market data, or other content without TCG World prior written consent. You may not use the Software, TCG World Content, User Content obtained through the Software, game data, metadata, logs, screenshots at scale, files, assets, or platform outputs to train, fine-tune, test, benchmark, improve, or operate artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, data products, analytics tools, or competing products without TCG World prior written consent.
28. Security Research, Vulnerability Reports, and No Self-Help
TCG World may welcome good-faith reports of vulnerabilities, but nothing in this EULA grants permission to perform unauthorized security testing, penetration testing, scanning, exploitation, data access, account access, social engineering, denial-of-service testing, public disclosure, or testing against production systems. You may not exceed authorized access or interfere with the Software, servers, users, Accounts, payments, wallets, data, or vendors. Reporting a vulnerability, exploit, bug, or security issue does not give you permission to use it, disclose it publicly, sell it, demand payment, demand assets, demand employment, demand special treatment, access non-public data, access other users' Accounts, disrupt services, or withhold information in exchange for compensation. TCG World may use, investigate, remediate, ignore, disclose, or report security submissions without compensation, attribution, confidentiality, or obligation unless a signed written vulnerability program expressly provides otherwise.
29. Real-Money Trading, Boosting, Farming, and Gray-Market Services
Unless expressly authorized by TCG World in writing or through an approved TCG World-controlled system, you may not sell, rent, lend, lease, broker, escrow, trade, purchase, transfer, or commercially exploit Accounts, Software access, gameplay services, in-game currency, progress, boosts, rankings, rewards, land access, Off-Chain Digital Items, Account Entitlements, or gameplay benefits outside approved systems. You may not provide, purchase, advertise, broker, or use boosting services, account leveling services, resource farming services, item farming services, quest completion services, reward farming services, ranking manipulation, event manipulation, marketplace manipulation, creator attribution manipulation, or services that exploit or commercialize gameplay progression outside TCG World-approved systems. Transactions outside approved systems are not supported, supervised, insured, reversed, mediated, guaranteed, or recognized by TCG World. TCG World may refuse support, reverse related entitlements, restrict Accounts, deny claims, block access, or take enforcement action where gray-market activity creates risk, fraud, disputes, chargebacks, sanctions exposure, user harm, economy manipulation, or platform integrity issues.
30. Unauthorized Advertising, Solicitation, and Commercial Activity
You may not use the Software, chat, usernames, land content, profiles, events, streams, groups, links, screenshots, or other Software features to advertise, solicit, sell, promote, recruit, fundraise, spam, redirect traffic, distribute referral links, promote external communities, or conduct commercial activity without TCG World prior written approval. Prohibited activity includes scams, phishing, malicious links, fake support, impersonation, counterfeit assets, unauthorized asset sales, misleading financial claims, unauthorized giveaways, unauthorized raffles, unauthorized paid events, unauthorized tournaments, external store links, adult services, prohibited products, and any activity that creates legal, safety, payment, or reputational risk. TCG World may remove advertisements, links, QR codes, names, signs, land content, chat messages, profile content, User Content, or external references and may restrict Accounts or features where TCG World determines that commercial activity is unauthorized or harmful.
31. Game Economy, In-Game Currency, DLC, and Digital Items
DLC, Account Entitlements, Off-Chain Digital Items, in-game currency, points, credits, resources, rewards, virtual land features, vehicles, creatures, skins, titles, badges, cosmetics, access passes, and similar features are licensed or made available for entertainment and platform use only, subject to the Terms and Conditions, this EULA, and TCG World Internal Records. In-game currency, points, credits, resources, rewards, progress, rankings, badges, titles, digital items, virtual land functionality, and other game features have no cash value, are not deposits, are not stored value, are not payment instruments, are not financial products, are not earnings, and may be changed, reset, capped, expired, removed, or withheld. Purchases, refunds, chargebacks, digital delivery, all-sales-final terms, Payment Providers, taxes, creator commissions, marketplace activity, Optional Public-Ledger Features, UNIT, digital assets, and virtual land purchase terms are governed by the Terms and Conditions and applicable purchase terms. This EULA does not create any additional refund right, ownership right, or value claim.
32. Virtual Land and In-World Software Functionality
The Software may display or enable access to virtual land, parcels, plots, regions, spaces, structures, land content, map coordinates, development areas, user displays, and other in-world features. These features are digital Software features governed by the Terms and Conditions, this EULA, platform rules, game design, technical limitations, and TCG World Internal Records. Virtual land functionality may be modified, rebalanced, restricted, disabled, moved, remapped, renamed, reset, substituted, or discontinued for game design, technical, legal, compliance, security, scalability, operational, payment, public-ledger, store, or business reasons. No user has a right to any particular map layout, coordinate system, region label, utility, traffic level, neighboring features, resource distribution, building right, server instance, visual style, or continued functionality except where expressly provided in a signed written agreement. Land content and in-world user content must comply with this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, intellectual property rules, safety rules, and content rules. TCG World may remove, restrict, edit, hide, disable, or refuse land content without compensation where it determines risk exists.
33. Optional Public-Ledger Features and UNIT
The Software may include or support optional public-ledger features, wallet connection, digital asset display, optional linking, optional minting, optional claiming, UNIT-related functionality, metadata display, external wallet prompts, or other features that rely on public-ledger networks or third-party wallet tools. Such features are optional, supplemental, and governed primarily by the Terms and Conditions and any feature-specific rules. TCG World does not act as custodian for user-controlled wallets and does not hold user private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet credentials. TCG World cannot recover lost private keys, reverse public-ledger transactions, restore assets sent to an incorrect address, guarantee wallet security, or guarantee the behavior of third-party public-ledger tools. The Software may support, display, hide, disable, restrict, remove, or stop supporting certain public-ledger features, wallets, addresses, metadata, digital assets, or UNIT functionality for technical, legal, compliance, security, platform, payment, store, regional, or business reasons. Continued support is not guaranteed.
34. No Investment, Financial, or Value Representation in Software
UNIT and supported digital assets are addressed in detail in the Terms and Conditions. Nothing in the Software, this EULA, any game interface, wallet prompt, item display, marketplace display, metadata display, roadmap, tooltip, notification, trailer, demo, user interface, or Software message constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, a promise of value, a profit expectation, a liquidity promise, a market-support promise, or a guarantee of future utility. TCG World does not authorize any employee, contractor, creator, streamer, affiliate, moderator, community member, support representative, or third party to promote UNIT, digital assets, virtual land, digital items, or Software features as investments, profit opportunities, guaranteed-value items, passive income, resale opportunities, appreciation opportunities, or financial products. Any public-ledger-related display in the Software is for supported platform use only and does not establish value, damages, refund rights, compensation rights, entitlement rights, or TCG World obligations.
35. User Content, Screenshots, Streaming, and Game Footage
User Content, uploads, chat, land content, names, links, images, videos, audio, streams, AI-generated content, feedback, and other submitted materials are governed by the Terms and Conditions and this EULA. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is lawful, non-infringing, non-harmful, age-appropriate for an adult platform, and compliant with all applicable rules. The User Content license granted in the Terms and Conditions applies to content submitted, created, uploaded, displayed, streamed, transmitted, or made available through the Software. This includes permission for TCG World to use User Content, usernames, avatars, gameplay, screenshots, clips, streams, chat, land content, and public profile elements for operation, moderation, security, support, development, promotion, publicity, and legal compliance. TCG World may permit users to create screenshots, streams, and clips of ordinary gameplay for personal, community, or permitted creator purposes, subject to this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, platform rules, music rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, third-party rights, creator program rules, and any future fan content guidelines.
36. Publicity, Likeness, Voice, and Community Promotion
If your username, display name, avatar, voice, likeness, image, persona, performance, gameplay, chat, stream, team name, land content, public profile, event participation, or User Content appears in public gameplay, events, streams, screenshots, clips, promotional materials, trailers, social posts, community highlights, creator content, or support materials, TCG World may use that material as permitted by the Terms and Conditions without compensation, approval, attribution, or further notice to the fullest extent permitted by law. Users may not edit, caption, publish, or promote gameplay footage in a misleading way that falsely suggests endorsement, misrepresents the Software, implies guaranteed rewards or value, promotes unauthorized features, promotes investment or resale claims, hides sponsorship disclosures, infringes rights, targets children, or harms TCG World. The Software may include audio, music, licensed content, user-generated content, or third-party materials that may not be cleared for every external use. You are responsible for complying with platform rules, music rights, third-party rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, and applicable law when streaming or publishing content.
37. Content Moderation and No Duty to Monitor
TCG World may moderate, monitor, review, investigate, remove, restrict, disable, hide, mute, preserve, or disclose User Content, chat, land content, names, links, streams, reports, Software activity, marketplace-related activity, and user behavior. TCG World may use human review, automated systems, third-party tools, user reports, fraud signals, and Internal Records. TCG World has no obligation to pre-screen, police, verify, supervise, monitor, prevent, or remove all user behavior, User Content, communications, marketplace-related activity, creator claims, wallet activity, public-ledger transactions, links, or external conduct. Failure to remove or act on any user, content, transaction, listing, claim, statement, message, or conduct does not create liability, endorsement, waiver, notice, or a duty to act in the future. You may encounter offensive, inaccurate, inappropriate, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, predatory, harassing, harmful, or unlawful material or behavior from other users or third parties. You use online features and user interactions at your own risk.
38. User Safety, Harassment, Predatory Conduct, and Abuse
Users must not engage in harassment, grooming, predatory behavior, stalking, intimidation, threats, doxxing, exploitation, coercion, hate, sexual harassment, sexually explicit conduct, blackmail, extortion, impersonation, scams, phishing, or any activity that threatens, abuses, exploits, targets, or harms users, TCG World personnel, creators, affiliates, vendors, or community members. TCG World may provide reporting tools, blocking tools, moderation tools, chat restrictions, filters, access restrictions, Account actions, law enforcement referrals, evidence preservation, and other safety controls, but TCG World cannot guarantee that all harmful conduct will be prevented, detected, removed, or remediated. TCG World may preserve and disclose records, User Content, chat, Account data, logs, device data, payment data, public-ledger-related data, and other evidence where required or permitted by law, including to protect users, investigate threats, enforce this EULA, respond to legal requests, report suspected abuse, or cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, Payment Providers, platforms, or safety vendors.
39. Reports, False Reports, and Safety Investigations
Users may report violations through support@tcg.world or any official reporting tools TCG World provides. Reports must be accurate, good-faith, and supported by available information. TCG World may require additional details, screenshots, logs, Account information, dates, or other evidence before reviewing a report. TCG World may investigate, ignore, close, escalate, or act on reports at its discretion. TCG World is not required to provide detailed explanations, disclose evidence, identify reporters, disclose private information, disclose law enforcement communications, or provide a particular outcome. False, malicious, frivolous, manufactured, altered, abusive, retaliatory, coordinated, or bad-faith reports may result in enforcement action. Users may not weaponize reports, public pressure, threats, media claims, regulatory threats, legal threats, or chargebacks to obtain refunds, assets, special treatment, confidential information, or exceptions not available under this EULA or the Terms and Conditions.
40. Artificial Intelligence, Automated Tools, and Moderation Systems
TCG World may use automated systems, machine-learning tools, rules-based systems, anti-cheat systems, fraud systems, human review, and third-party tools to moderate content, detect abuse, enforce rules, detect cheating, detect fraud, prioritize support, protect users, protect payment systems, protect the game economy, and maintain platform integrity. Automated systems and human reviewers may make mistakes, produce false positives, miss violations, or require follow-up review. TCG World may modify or reverse decisions where it determines appropriate, but is not obligated to provide any particular outcome except where required by law. You may not use bots, AI agents, automated gameplay systems, automated support tools, scraping agents, automated market tools, automated claim tools, automated account tools, or other automated systems to interact with the Software except where expressly authorized by TCG World in writing.
41. Privacy, Telemetry, Logs, and Security Data
TCG World collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those policies govern personal information matters. This EULA addresses Software-specific operational and technical data use. The Software may collect, generate, or transmit Account identifiers, device information, hardware information, operating system information, IP addresses, crash reports, performance data, settings, gameplay telemetry, server logs, launcher logs, error logs, anti-cheat signals, fraud signals, moderation records, support records, file integrity data, network data, purchase-related event data, wallet addresses where connected, and other operational data. TCG World may use Software data to operate, secure, debug, update, improve, test, personalize, analyze, moderate, support, enforce, comply with law, prevent fraud, detect cheating, address security incidents, protect users, protect payment systems, and protect the game economy.
42. Third-Party Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Security Vendors
The Software may interact with third-party engines, platform SDKs, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, anti-cheat providers, fraud vendors, identity vendors, payment systems, wallet tools, hosting services, app stores, game stores, launchers, content delivery networks, social platforms, and other providers. Third-party tools may collect or process data under their own terms and policies as further described in the Privacy Policy. TCG World is not responsible for third-party data practices, platform data collection, store telemetry, launcher telemetry, platform account actions, wallet provider data, social platform policies, streaming platform policies, or vendor failures except where responsibility cannot be limited under applicable law. No online game, software system, server, public-ledger network, payment system, wallet, or data system is completely secure. TCG World uses commercially reasonable measures designed to protect the Software and Services, but does not guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, downtime, breaches, exploits, phishing, malware, or third-party failures will not occur.
43. Local Files, Saves, Settings, and Cloud Data
The Software may create, modify, replace, cache, download, synchronize, or delete local files, including settings, logs, cache files, temporary files, crash reports, saved preferences, screenshots, shader files, update files, content files, security files, and other operational files. Some progress, settings, entitlements, logs, support records, marketplace records, event records, and game data may be stored on TCG World servers or third-party services. Other data may be stored locally. TCG World does not guarantee that all local or cloud data will be preserved, synchronized, restored, exported, or compatible across versions or devices. Updates, crashes, user actions, corrupted files, device failures, third-party platform errors, server issues, account linking changes, enforcement actions, migrations, or shutdowns may result in loss of local files, settings, progress, logs, screenshots, or access to data. TCG World is not responsible for data loss except where liability cannot be limited by law.
44. Health, Safety, and Photosensitivity Warning
Some users may experience discomfort or health symptoms when using video games or interactive software, including dizziness, nausea, motion sickness, eye strain, headaches, fatigue, repetitive strain, disorientation, anxiety, or other discomfort. Stop using the Software immediately if you experience symptoms. A small percentage of people may experience seizures, blackouts, fainting, or other photosensitive reactions when exposed to flashing lights, patterns, screen effects, rapid movement, camera movement, or certain visual images, including while playing video games. This may occur even in people who have no prior history of seizures or epilepsy. Use the Software in a well-lit room, take regular breaks, avoid playing when tired, avoid sitting too close to the screen, adjust brightness and motion settings where available, and stop immediately if you experience dizziness, altered vision, twitching, disorientation, confusion, nausea, loss of awareness, convulsions, or unusual symptoms. Seek medical advice if symptoms occur. You are responsible for determining whether it is safe for you to use the Software.
45. Physical Environment, Devices, and Peripheral Safety
You are responsible for using the Software in a safe physical environment. Keep adequate space around you, secure cables, use devices according to manufacturer instructions, and avoid play while driving, walking in unsafe areas, operating machinery, supervising dangerous equipment, or performing tasks requiring attention. Controllers, headsets, keyboards, mice, mobile devices, screens, chairs, monitors, virtual-display devices, audio equipment, and other peripherals may create safety risks if used improperly. TCG World is not responsible for injuries, discomfort, property damage, hearing damage, eye strain, repetitive stress, falls, collisions, or device misuse except where liability cannot be limited by law. If TCG World later supports virtual-display, augmented, mixed, motion-based, or similar interactive modes, additional safety risks may apply, including motion sickness, spatial disorientation, falls, collisions, fatigue, and environmental hazards. Users assume those risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
46. Online Interactions and User Conduct
Online game environments may include chat, user-generated content, user names, avatars, streams, events, links, creator content, marketplace-related activity, public-ledger-related activity, and interactions with other users. TCG World may moderate or restrict content, but cannot guarantee that users will not encounter offensive, inaccurate, inappropriate, unsafe, infringing, misleading, predatory, or harmful material. Users must comply with all conduct rules in this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, posted rules, event rules, platform rules, and community standards. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, hate, threats, fraud, scams, impersonation, illegal activity, sexually explicit material, privacy violations, malware, phishing, cheating, exploitation, unauthorized advertising, and conduct that harms TCG World, users, Protected Parties, or platform integrity. TCG World may restrict chat, block features, remove content, disable links, suspend Accounts, report activity, preserve evidence, or take other action where it determines user conduct creates risk, even if the conduct occurs outside the Software but relates to TCG World, the Services, Accounts, users, Protected Parties, or TCG World Content.
47. Support, Evidence, and Investigations
Official support and legal intake email is support@tcg.world unless TCG World publishes another official method. Messages sent to employees, contractors, moderators, social media accounts, creators, affiliates, or unofficial channels may not be treated as formal notice. Support requests must include accurate information and any evidence reasonably requested by TCG World, including Account information, device information, logs, screenshots, error messages, order records, transaction records, wallet information where relevant, and a clear description of the issue. TCG World may deny or close incomplete, unverifiable, abusive, repetitive, misleading, or bad-faith requests. TCG World may rely on Internal Records, server logs, crash reports, anti-cheat data, fraud signals, payment records, Account records, support tickets, device data, IP data, public-ledger records, user reports, moderator observations, vendor reports, screenshots, and other evidence to investigate issues and enforce this EULA.
48. No Custom Obligations From Support or Exceptions
Support responses, troubleshooting guidance, estimated timelines, bug fixes, refund exceptions, reissues, corrections, manual grants, account restorations, wallet changes, feature adjustments, public statements, private messages, or prior accommodations do not modify this EULA, create warranties, create precedent, waive rights, or create future duties unless confirmed in a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of TCG World. TCG World may make exceptions, correct mistakes, assist users, or take no action in one case without waiving any rights or creating any duty in another case. A prior exception, bug fix, refund, reissue, correction, or assistance decision cannot be used to force similar treatment for any other user, Account, purchase, item, wallet, feature, or issue. TCG World is not required to disclose logs, anti-cheat methods, security tools, source code, internal records, private user information, vendor reports, legal analysis, fraud signals, risk scores, or investigation materials except where required by law.
49. Termination, Suspension, and Effect of Termination
TCG World may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your license, Account access, Software access, server access, feature access, support eligibility, marketplace access, DLC access, public-ledger-related Software functionality, or other access if TCG World believes you violated this EULA, violated the Terms and Conditions, created risk, engaged in prohibited conduct, caused payment issues, infringed rights, abused the Software, threatened users or TCG World, or otherwise harmed platform integrity. Upon termination or suspension, you must stop using the Software and may lose access to Accounts, servers, DLC, Off-Chain Digital Items, virtual land functionality, game progress, marketplace access, creator tools, support tools, rewards, claims, public-ledger-related Software features, and other features. TCG World is not required to provide refunds, credits, compensation, data exports, Account transfers, access restoration, or continued access except where required by law. Externally held digital assets or UNIT may remain outside TCG World technical custody, but TCG World may restrict or disable whether they have any Software functionality, display, access, utility, eligibility, or support. TCG World is not responsible for helping users recover external wallets or externally held assets.
50. Survival After Termination
Termination of this EULA, termination of your Account, uninstalling the Software, suspension of access, discontinuation of the Software, or shutdown of the Services does not relieve you of obligations or liabilities incurred before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, license restrictions, technical restrictions, anti-cheat provisions, User Content licenses, feedback rights, payment obligations, tax obligations, confidentiality, disclaimers, assumption of risk, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, no personal claims, enforcement rights, evidence rights, and general legal provisions.
51. Service Availability, Server Shutdown, and Sunsetting
TCG World does not promise that the Software, servers, launcher, website, Accounts, marketplace features, public-ledger support, UNIT support, digital asset support, metadata support, creator tools, support tools, or any feature will operate forever. The Software and servers may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, patches, high demand, cyberattacks, vendor failures, platform issues, public-ledger network issues, Payment Provider issues, legal requirements, technical problems, operational decisions, staffing issues, business decisions, or force majeure events. TCG World may suspend, sunset, shut down, sell, transfer, restructure, merge, migrate, or discontinue all or part of the Software or Services at any time. Users may lose access to gameplay, servers, digital items, DLC, virtual land functionality, marketplace features, creator tools, support tools, claims, rewards, or other features. TCG World is not required to provide refunds, compensation, replacement services, data exports, public-ledger support, continued functionality, or substitute features due to downtime, shutdown, sunsetting, discontinuation, migration, or server closure except where required by law.
52. Emergency Controls and Security Remediation
TCG World may take immediate action without prior notice if it believes there is a security incident, exploit, fraud event, data risk, payment risk, public-ledger risk, legal risk, user harm, intellectual property issue, creator program abuse, platform integrity risk, or threat to the Software, Services, users, or Protected Parties. Emergency action may include disabling Software features, freezing claims, pausing marketplace activity, restricting wallets, reversing entitlements, forcing password resets, blocking regions, requiring updates, disabling old builds, blocking devices, blocking IP addresses, restricting Accounts, disabling downloads, disabling external links, disabling public-ledger-related features, or suspending access. TCG World may choose the remediation it considers appropriate, including patching, rollback, reset, data correction, entitlement reversal, reissue, substitution, migration, account review, public notice, private notice, or no action. TCG World is not required to select the remedy preferred by any user.
53. Third-Party Content, Middleware, and External Services
The Software may include, link to, display, or interact with third-party content, stores, launchers, platforms, engines, SDKs, wallets, marketplaces, streaming platforms, social platforms, support tools, payment systems, analytics tools, anti-cheat tools, and other external services. TCG World is not responsible for third-party content, actions, omissions, outages, security, rules, fees, data practices, or decisions. Third-party engines, middleware, SDKs, libraries, codecs, fonts, plug-ins, and other components may be subject to additional license terms. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms to the extent they apply to your use of the Software. Nothing in this EULA grants rights to third-party components except as necessary to use the Software as authorized. Links, wallet prompts, external marketplace pages, store pages, social posts, advertisements, streams, and third-party services may be inaccurate, unsafe, outdated, malicious, unavailable, or operated by parties unrelated to TCG World. You are responsible for verifying official sources before taking action.
54. Open-Source and Third-Party Notices
If any open-source software is included in the Software, the applicable open-source license controls only with respect to that component and only to the extent required by that license. This EULA does not limit any rights you may have under applicable open-source licenses, and those licenses do not grant rights to TCG World proprietary software, content, services, assets, or server systems. TCG World may provide third-party notices in the Software, website, documentation, installer, store page, or other location. Failure to include a notice in a particular location does not expand your rights or reduce TCG World ownership rights where the underlying license does not require that result. You may not separate, extract, reuse, redistribute, or commercialize third-party components from the Software except where expressly permitted by the applicable third-party license and only in a way that does not copy, expose, or misuse TCG World proprietary content or systems.
55. Feedback, Bug Reports, and Ideas
If you submit ideas, feedback, suggestions, bug reports, concepts, feature requests, designs, improvements, game ideas, technical ideas, economy ideas, balance ideas, or other input, you agree that TCG World may use, implement, modify, commercialize, disclose, publish, or ignore that feedback without restriction, compensation, attribution, confidentiality, approval, or obligation to you. Feedback is voluntary and non-confidential unless covered by a signed written agreement with TCG World. Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, proprietary information, or third-party confidential materials unless a signed written agreement expressly covers the submission. You waive any claim that TCG World use of feedback infringes or misappropriates your rights. TCG World may develop, acquire, license, or use similar ideas, features, systems, or content without obligation to you.
56. Intellectual Property Enforcement
TCG World may enforce its intellectual property, software, security, contractual, and platform rights through takedown requests, platform reports, account enforcement, technical measures, civil actions, law enforcement referrals, or other remedies. You may not use TCG World names, logos, marks, artwork, game assets, characters, creatures, vehicles, land designs, maps, screenshots, footage, music, audio, or other TCG World Content for merchandise, advertising, promotions, fundraising, external products, competing products, misleading endorsements, unauthorized asset sales, unauthorized public-ledger collections, or third-party services without written permission. Copyright, DMCA, trademark, publicity, privacy, counterfeit, impersonation, and other intellectual property complaints are handled under the Terms and Conditions. TCG World US, Inc. has registered a designated agent for notices of claimed copyright infringement with the U.S. Copyright Office, DMCA Registration Number DMCA-1072926. Notices may be sent to support@tcg.world as described in the Terms and Conditions.
57. Export Controls, Sanctions, and Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, rules, regulations, sanctions, export controls, import controls, tax obligations, platform rules, store rules, and restrictions applicable to your download, installation, access, use, transfer, and disposal of the Software or any related feature. You may not download, install, access, export, re-export, transfer, provide, or use the Software in violation of export control laws, sanctions restrictions, embargoes, denied-party restrictions, blocked-person restrictions, or similar laws. TCG World may block, restrict, geofence, disable, remove, or refuse access to the Software, Accounts, features, payment methods, wallets, regions, or users where legal, sanctions, tax, store, payment, public-ledger, security, fraud, or operational risk exists. Laws, regulations, agency interpretations, platform rules, store rules, payment rules, public-ledger rules, and tax rules may change. TCG World may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Software features, UNIT-related functionality, digital asset functionality, marketplace access, wallet connection, or other features in response to legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, security, technical, store, platform, or business requirements.
58. Tax, Compliance, and User Responsibility
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to Software access, purchases, rewards, prizes, creator activity, affiliate activity, digital items, public-ledger-related activity, or other benefits associated with TCG World. TCG World does not provide tax, legal, financial, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice. TCG World may require tax forms, identity verification, jurisdiction verification, payment information, wallet verification, or other documentation before providing certain rewards, payouts, prizes, claims, creator access, affiliate access, public-ledger-related Software features, or Software access. You agree to indemnify TCG World and the Protected Parties from claims, penalties, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your failure to comply with tax, reporting, withholding, regulatory, or legal obligations related to your use of the Software or Services.
59. Accessibility and Alternative Access
TCG World may make commercially reasonable efforts to improve accessibility of the Software over time. Because the Software includes dynamic game environments, graphical interfaces, real-time interaction, third-party integrations, downloadable components, user-generated content, public-ledger tools, and external platforms, not every feature may be accessible to every user or compatible with every assistive technology. Users may report accessibility concerns to support@tcg.world and should include the feature, device, operating system, game version, platform, assistive technology, screenshots where appropriate, and a description of the issue. TCG World may review reports and prioritize improvements based on feasibility, safety, cost, technical complexity, user impact, legal requirements, and development priorities. TCG World does not guarantee that the Software will be compatible with every device, platform, operating system, launcher, store, controller, input method, assistive technology, browser, internet connection, wallet, or user configuration. Where feasible and appropriate, TCG World may offer support guidance or alternative access methods, but TCG World is not required to redesign gameplay, public-ledger features, third-party tools, marketplace features, real-time events, or user-generated content to accommodate every individual configuration except where required by law.
60. Competitions, Live Events, Streaming Events, and Esports Software Features
The Software may support live events, tournaments, competitions, streams, sponsored activities, creator campaigns, demonstrations, and other event-related features. These features are subject to this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, event-specific rules, platform rules, and any additional terms presented for the event. TCG World does not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect stream quality, stable matchmaking, server performance, event availability, rankings, scoring, prize outcomes, or user experience during live events, competitions, tournaments, or paid content experiences. TCG World may cancel, delay, postpone, restructure, rescore, replay, disqualify, substitute prizes, modify rules, change formats, or terminate events for technical, legal, fairness, security, fraud, vendor, platform, payment, attendance, or business reasons. You may not use the Software, TCG World Content, TCG World brand, servers, Accounts, or game systems to operate unauthorized paid competitions, side-bets, wagering, unauthorized prize pools, ticketed events, commercial events, or branded tournaments without written approval.
61. Cross-Play, Cross-Progression, Linked Accounts, and Connected Platforms
The Software may support cross-play, cross-progression, linked accounts, platform accounts, store accounts, creator accounts, social accounts, wallet connections, or other connected features. Availability may vary by region, platform, store, device, version, Account status, technical requirements, and third-party rules. Linking or unlinking Accounts, stores, platforms, wallets, or third-party services may affect access, progress, entitlements, purchases, support eligibility, marketplace eligibility, public-ledger-related features, creator attribution, or other features. Users are responsible for verifying linking steps before proceeding. TCG World does not guarantee that cross-play, cross-progression, linked accounts, synced purchases, shared entitlements, wallet-linked functionality, or platform-linked features will remain available, accurate, complete, or compatible across all platforms or versions. TCG World Internal Records control supported access and eligibility even if a third-party platform, store, wallet, or external display shows different information.
62. Disclaimers and Assumption of Risk
The Software is provided on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG World disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, performance, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation. TCG World does not guarantee that the Software will meet your expectations, operate without errors, remain secure, remain available, preserve data, preserve progress, prevent unauthorized access, remain compatible with your device, support any particular feature, maintain digital item utility, maintain any value, prevent harmful user behavior, or continue operating indefinitely. You assume all risks associated with downloading, installing, launching, accessing, updating, and using the Software, including risks relating to online games, software bugs, crashes, server downtime, data loss, Account compromise, user interactions, User Content, third-party services, Payment Providers, public-ledger networks, wallet security, phishing, fraud, market volatility, regulatory changes, taxes, and changes to game functionality.
63. No Warranties From Informal Statements
No roadmap, announcement, marketing material, support message, product description, social media post, community statement, employee statement, contractor statement, creator statement, streamer statement, trailer, demo, screenshot, feature list, user interface text, tooltip, FAQ, or informal communication creates a warranty, guarantee, promise, investment representation, legal obligation, or binding commitment unless expressly incorporated in a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of TCG World. Older materials may refer to discontinued features, prior technical architecture, prior terminology, old networks, old marketplaces, prior claim systems, prior game direction, prior launch plans, or obsolete business plans. Users may not rely on outdated materials after new terms, updated product pages, updated support rules, or updated official announcements are published. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
64. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG World and the Protected Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, enhanced, or similar damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost business; lost goodwill; lost data; lost progress; lost digital items; lost access; lost utility; loss of value; market losses; trading losses; tax consequences; reputational harm; business interruption; device damage; software damage; personal discomfort; user interaction harm; or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the Software, Services, this EULA, or the Terms and Conditions, even if TCG World or any Protected Party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of TCG World and all Protected Parties, collectively, for all claims arising out of or relating to the Software, Services, this EULA, or the Terms and Conditions will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to TCG World for the specific paid Software-related Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). The limitations in this section apply to all causes of action, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, equity, or any other theory, and apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
65. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TCG World and all Protected Parties from and against all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or relating to: your download, installation, access to, or use of the Software or Services; your breach of this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, or other applicable rules; your User Content, uploads, communications, streams, designs, links, metadata, or submissions; your violation of law, sanctions restrictions, export controls, tax obligations, or third-party rights; your cheating, exploitation, automation, unauthorized tools, private servers, modified clients, security circumvention, real-money trading, gray-market activity, or unauthorized commercial activity; your purchases, sales, transfers, listings, external transactions, wallet activity, digital assets, UNIT, or Optional Public-Ledger Features; your fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, chargebacks, payment disputes, security failures, or Account compromise; and your disputes with other users, creators, affiliates, third parties, Payment Providers, wallet providers, marketplaces, platforms, stores, or vendors. TCG World may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with TCG World. You may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes obligations on TCG World, restricts TCG World rights, affects TCG World Content, admits fault by TCG World, or involves any Protected Party without TCG World prior written consent. Your indemnification and hold-harmless obligations survive termination of this EULA, termination of your Account, uninstalling the Software, suspension of access, and discontinuation of the Services.
66. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
The dispute resolution provisions in the Terms and Conditions are incorporated into this EULA by reference and apply to disputes arising out of or relating to the Software, Services, Accounts, purchases, digital items, digital assets, UNIT, creator programs, marketplace activity, this EULA, or any related transaction. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact TCG World at support@tcg.world with a written description of the dispute, your Account information, the specific issue, and the relief requested. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 45 days after TCG World receives a reasonably complete notice, unless applicable law requires otherwise. This EULA and any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA or the Software will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. TCG World may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, security, confidential information, users, personnel, or platform integrity.
67. Binding Arbitration, Class Waiver, and Individual Relief
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this EULA, the Software, the Services, Accounts, purchases, digital items, digital assets, UNIT, creator programs, marketplace activity, or any related transaction will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court, except for matters that may be brought in small claims court or where arbitration is prohibited by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and TCG World agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff, claimant, class member, private attorney general, or representative in any class, collective, consolidated, representative, or mass action. You and TCG World waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any arbitrator or tribunal may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim. The arbitrator or tribunal may not award class-wide, collective, representative, public, platform-wide, or non-individualized relief against TCG World or any Protected Party unless such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to this EULA or the Software must be brought within one year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.
68. Mass Proceedings and Coordinated Claims
Users may not use coordinated individual claims, copycat notices, claim-filing campaigns, materially identical claims, automated demands, or organized pressure campaigns to evade the class action waiver, create disproportionate administrative fees, or pressure settlement of unsupported claims. Each claimant must provide an individualized notice describing the specific facts, Account, transaction, injury, and requested relief. TCG World may challenge deficient, duplicate, automated, unsupported, or non-individualized claims. TCG World may request that similar claims be batched, stayed, sequenced, consolidated for threshold issues, or otherwise managed in a manner designed to promote fairness, efficiency, and proportionality. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
69. No Personal Claims Against Individuals
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim, dispute, demand, proceeding, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Software, Services, TCG World, UNIT, digital assets, digital items, virtual land, DLC, Accounts, purchases, marketplace activity, creator programs, support decisions, enforcement actions, public communications, this EULA, or the Terms and Conditions must be brought, if at all, only against the applicable TCG World entity and not against any individual officer, director, shareholder, member, employee, contractor, developer, moderator, creator, affiliate, service provider, vendor, payment provider, hosting provider, technology provider, marketing partner, agent, representative, or other Protected Party personally. Users agree not to name, threaten, pursue, harass, pressure, dox, defame, extort, or seek recovery from individual Protected Parties for acts or omissions performed in connection with TCG World or the Services except where such limitation is prohibited by law. This section does not limit TCG World right to seek relief against users or third parties who target individual Protected Parties.
70. Injunctive Relief and Irreparable Harm
You acknowledge that unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, modified clients, private servers, cheating tools, security circumvention, asset extraction, unauthorized commercial use, disclosure of confidential pre-release materials, infringement of TCG World intellectual property, or interference with the Software may cause irreparable harm to TCG World and the Protected Parties. TCG World may seek temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief, specific performance, takedown relief, platform enforcement, preservation orders, asset-freezing relief where legally available, and other equitable remedies in any court or forum with jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, security, users, personnel, servers, Software, and platform integrity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG World may seek injunctive or equitable relief without posting bond or security. If a bond is required, you agree that the lowest amount permitted by law is sufficient unless a court requires otherwise.
71. Notices and Communications
Official support and legal intake email is support@tcg.world unless TCG World publishes another official method. TCG World may provide notices by email, in-platform message, launcher notice, website posting, Account notice, support message, store notice, or other reasonable method. Notices are effective when sent or posted to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining accurate Account information, reviewing posted notices, and ensuring that you can receive TCG World communications. TCG World is not responsible for missed notices caused by inaccurate information, spam filters, blocked emails, inactive accounts, platform issues, store issues, or third-party email problems. TCG World may decline to respond to abusive, threatening, repetitive, fraudulent, incomplete, irrelevant, or bad-faith communications. TCG World may require verification before discussing Accounts, support issues, wallet claims, purchases, enforcement, or other sensitive matters.
72. Assignment, Business Transfers, and Corporate Changes
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, sublicense, or otherwise transfer this EULA, your Software license, your Account, Software access, or any rights or obligations under this EULA without TCG World prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void. TCG World may assign, transfer, delegate, sublicense, sell, license, restructure, merge, or otherwise move this EULA, the Software, Services, assets, data, intellectual property, contracts, rights, obligations, or operations to an affiliate, successor, buyer, vendor, service provider, or other entity without user consent, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations. This EULA remains binding after any corporate restructuring, asset sale, acquisition, merger, affiliate transfer, technology migration, vendor transition, or operation of the Software through another TCG World entity or related provider.
73. Force Majeure
TCG World is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, legal restrictions, labor disputes, internet failures, utility failures, vendor failures, Payment Provider issues, platform store issues, public-ledger network issues, cyberattacks, security incidents, pandemics, supply-chain issues, staffing disruptions, or other force majeure events. Force majeure events may affect downloads, updates, servers, authentication, game access, events, support, payments, marketplace features, public-ledger features, data availability, or other Software features. TCG World is not required to provide refunds, credits, compensation, or substitute services for such events except where required by law.
74. General Legal Terms
This EULA, together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific Software features, platforms, stores, builds, or Services, constitutes the entire agreement between you and TCG World regarding the Software and supersedes prior or contemporaneous agreements, statements, understandings, or communications regarding the Software. If any provision of this EULA is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. TCG World failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of TCG World. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" mean "including without limitation." References to "or" are not exclusive unless the context requires otherwise. This EULA is written in English. If translated, the English version controls to the fullest extent permitted by law.
75. Third-Party Beneficiaries and Protected Parties
The Protected Parties are intended beneficiaries of the protections, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities, no-personal-claims provisions, and enforcement rights in this EULA to the fullest extent permitted by law. No other third party has rights to enforce this EULA unless expressly stated. The protections in this EULA apply to TCG World, TCG World US, Inc., TCG Bahamas Ltd., affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, contractors, developers, moderators, administrators, service providers, licensors, vendors, payment providers, hosting providers, technology providers, marketing partners, creators, affiliates, agents, representatives, and other persons or entities acting on behalf of, supporting, providing services to, or otherwise involved with TCG World or the Services. A user may not avoid these protections by suing, threatening, pressuring, harassing, or pursuing individuals or service providers instead of the applicable TCG World entity.
76. Regional Rules and Non-Waivable Rights
The Software may be available in multiple regions, but availability does not mean that every feature is lawful, supported, or appropriate in every jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with local laws and must not use features that are prohibited or restricted where they are located, resident, organized, or otherwise subject to law. Nothing in this EULA is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law gives a user non-waivable rights, this EULA applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and is limited only to the extent necessary to comply with that law. Any required remedy will be limited to the specific right, jurisdiction, product, and transaction required by law. TCG World may offer different features, prices, payment methods, Software versions, public-ledger support, marketplace access, creator tools, rewards, promotions, or support processes in different regions for legal, compliance, tax, store, payment, age, content, technical, or business reasons.
77. Interpretation Against Evasion and Bad-Faith Conduct
This EULA is intended to protect TCG World as broadly as permitted by law. Users may not avoid this EULA through technicalities, indirect conduct, multiple accounts, third parties, proxies, separate wallets, automated tools, unofficial channels, modified clients, private servers, misleading terminology, or attempts to recharacterize prohibited conduct as testing, research, criticism, advocacy, community moderation, support escalation, marketing, security research, or creator activity. TCG World may evaluate conduct based on substance rather than labels. Conduct may violate this EULA even if a user describes it as testing, research, accessibility work, preservation, criticism, parody, community assistance, technical exploration, user support, market activity, private resale, refund request, public complaint, security research, or creator activity. Users may not weaponize support channels, public posts, media threats, regulatory threats, legal threats, chargebacks, creator influence, social pressure, coordinated harassment, or bad-faith reports to obtain refunds, assets, confidential information, special treatment, or exceptions not available under this EULA or the Terms and Conditions.
78. Release for Other Users and Third-Party Conduct
You acknowledge that TCG World is an online environment involving user interaction, User Content, public profiles, chat, creator activity, streams, external links, and third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release TCG World and the Protected Parties from claims arising out of or relating to the acts, omissions, content, communications, threats, scams, harassment, misconduct, negligence, fraud, representations, or disputes of other users, creators, affiliates, streamers, vendors, Payment Providers, wallet providers, marketplaces, platforms, or third parties. TCG World may investigate, moderate, restrict, remove, or take action where it determines intervention is appropriate, but TCG World does not become responsible for user conduct by providing reporting tools, moderation systems, safety features, account restrictions, support responses, or enforcement actions. No moderation decision, failure to moderate, delay in moderation, or decision not to intervene creates liability, warranty, duty, or admission of fault. Your remedy for conduct by another user is limited to using available reporting, blocking, safety, support, or legal processes. You may not seek refunds, compensation, digital items, UNIT, special treatment, or platform-wide relief from TCG World based on another user's conduct except where required by law.
79. Predatory Conduct, Exploitation, and Severe Safety Violations
TCG World prohibits predatory conduct, sexual exploitation, coercion, grooming, trafficking-related conduct, extortion, blackmail, threats of exposure, doxxing, stalking, targeted harassment, non-consensual sexual material, attempts to obtain private images, attempts to move users into unsafe off-platform interactions, or any conduct that exploits, endangers, pressures, or abuses another person. TCG World may preserve evidence, restrict accounts, disable features, report to platforms, cooperate with law enforcement, provide information where legally permitted, and take emergency action where severe safety risks exist. TCG World may act based on suspicion, credible reports, internal signals, user reports, vendor reports, or legal requests and is not required to wait for a final legal determination before protecting the Services. Nothing in this section creates a guarantee that TCG World will prevent, detect, remove, or remedy all harmful conduct. Users remain responsible for their own online safety, privacy, communications, external interactions, and decisions to interact with others inside or outside the Software.
80. Voice, Text, Chat, and Communication Features
The Software may include text chat, voice chat, messaging, emotes, signs, profiles, group tools, event tools, streaming tools, or other communication features. TCG World may monitor, record, review, transcribe, filter, moderate, store, delete, disable, or disclose communications where permitted by law for safety, moderation, support, anti-fraud, anti-cheat, legal, or operational purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. You may not use communication features for harassment, sexual content, predatory behavior, hate, threats, doxxing, scams, impersonation, phishing, malware, spam, unauthorized advertising, financial claims, prohibited public-ledger claims, or attempts to move users into unsafe or unauthorized transactions. TCG World may restrict or remove communication features for any Account, region, platform, or build. Communication features may be unavailable, delayed, filtered, inaccurate, mistranscribed, blocked, muted, or affected by third-party platform tools. TCG World does not guarantee delivery, privacy against lawful review, quality, preservation, restoration, or availability of communications.
81. User Names, Avatars, Profiles, and Identity Controls
Usernames, display names, avatars, profile names, creator names, land names, team names, custom labels, links, and identity markers may not infringe rights, impersonate others, mislead users, suggest false affiliation with TCG World, include offensive material, advertise prohibited services, promote investment or resale claims, or violate platform rules. TCG World may remove, rename, reserve, restrict, reassign, hide, or disable identifiers, avatars, profile elements, links, and account displays at any time. TCG World is not required to preserve any particular username, display name, profile, avatar, ranking, title, badge, creator identity, land name, or public-facing identity element. Account identity features are licensed Software and Services features. They do not create ownership, trademark rights, publicity rights against TCG World, permanent reservations, commercial rights, or rights to compensation if modified or removed.
82. User-Created Experiences, Land Builds, Scripts, and Interactive Objects
If the Software allows users to create land builds, interactive objects, scripts, signs, displays, games, rooms, experiences, mini-games, events, or other user-created features, those features are User Content and are subject to this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, content rules, technical limits, and TCG World approval, moderation, and removal rights. You may not create user experiences or interactive objects that contain malware, unauthorized code, phishing, scams, adult material, gambling, wagering, financial claims, investment claims, harassment tools, data harvesting, IP infringement, unsafe links, unauthorized stores, unauthorized marketplaces, or content that harms TCG World, users, or the Services. TCG World may review, disable, reset, remove, modify, copy, preserve, or use user-created experiences and interactive objects for safety, moderation, development, marketing, legal, testing, support, or platform operation. TCG World is not required to host, preserve, monetize, feature, restore, or compensate user-created experiences.
83. Scripting, APIs, Creator Tools, and Development Interfaces
If TCG World provides scripting tools, APIs, creator tools, software development interfaces, map tools, import tools, upload tools, build tools, or other creation systems, those tools are part of the Software or Services and are licensed only for the purposes expressly authorized by TCG World. Access may be changed, restricted, rate-limited, deprecated, or revoked at any time. You may not use creator tools or APIs to attack the Software, harvest data, bypass limits, automate abuse, create competing products, create private servers, generate unauthorized assets, impersonate TCG World, distribute malware, run unauthorized commercial services, or create content that violates this EULA or the Terms and Conditions. TCG World may audit tool usage, impose quotas, require approval, require identity verification, review content, remove content, suspend tools, invalidate outputs, or block access where tool usage creates risk. Tool documentation, examples, sample code, or beta access do not create any warranty, support obligation, uptime obligation, or permanent access right.
84. No Right to Continued Tools, APIs, or Compatibility
TCG World may add, modify, deprecate, remove, replace, restrict, or discontinue any API, creator tool, file format, content pipeline, import system, export system, build process, plug-in, launcher feature, debug feature, or compatibility layer at any time. TCG World is not required to maintain backward compatibility with user projects, third-party tools, creator workflows, old files, old scripts, old APIs, or old versions. Users and creators assume the risk that tools, scripts, builds, uploads, land content, imports, exports, creator experiences, and user-created features may break, change, become incompatible, lose visibility, or require rework. TCG World is not required to provide refunds, compensation, migration assistance, or technical support except where required by law.
85. Cloud Gaming, Remote Access, Virtual Machines, and Device Spoofing
You may not access the Software through unauthorized cloud gaming services, remote desktop systems, virtual machines, emulators, sandboxed environments, device-spoofing systems, hardware-ID spoofers, location-spoofing systems, input-broadcasting systems, or other configurations designed to bypass access controls, anti-cheat, device restrictions, region restrictions, account restrictions, or enforcement. TCG World may block, restrict, or refuse support for cloud, virtualized, remote, spoofed, modified, or unsupported environments where it determines those environments create security, cheating, fraud, performance, platform, privacy, licensing, or compliance risk. TCG World is not required to disclose detection methods or provide support for unsupported environments.
86. Hardware, Peripherals, Macros, and Input Devices
You may use ordinary input devices for normal gameplay, subject to this EULA and platform rules. You may not use hardware, firmware, controllers, adapters, macros, rapid-fire devices, recoil control devices, automation devices, input broadcasting systems, programmable hardware, or accessibility tools in a way that provides unfair advantage, automates gameplay, manipulates rewards, bypasses limits, or harms platform integrity. TCG World may restrict certain devices, drivers, overlays, accessibility configurations, input methods, or hardware identifiers where they create cheating, security, fraud, technical, platform, or compatibility risk. TCG World may make reasonable accessibility accommodations where appropriate, but accessibility needs do not authorize cheating, automation, economic manipulation, security circumvention, or use of tools that harm the Software.
87. Performance, Graphics, Network, and Quality Variability
Software performance may vary by device, operating system, graphics card, driver, network connection, region, server load, platform, build, store, settings, local software, and third-party conditions. TCG World does not guarantee a particular frame rate, resolution, latency, graphical quality, matchmaking quality, server performance, physics behavior, stream quality, audio quality, or overall experience. Users are responsible for choosing compatible settings, devices, networks, and platforms. TCG World is not responsible for lag, latency, disconnections, visual artifacts, crashes, overheating, hardware limitations, driver issues, packet loss, regional routing, internet provider issues, or degraded performance except where liability cannot be limited by law.
88. Public-Ledger Wallet Prompts, Signatures, and User Approval
If the Software presents wallet prompts, signatures, public-ledger messages, transaction previews, approvals, links, or external wallet interactions, you are solely responsible for reviewing the prompt, verifying the official source, understanding the action, confirming the address, understanding fees, and deciding whether to proceed. TCG World cannot guarantee that third-party wallets display complete, accurate, or user-friendly information. You may not claim that TCG World is responsible for a transaction, approval, signature, fee, transfer, listing, or loss because you clicked a prompt, approved a transaction, connected a wallet, followed an external link, interacted with a third-party wallet, or relied on a third-party display. Public-ledger transactions may be irreversible and are governed by the Terms and Conditions. TCG World may disable wallet prompts, external links, marketplace links, public-ledger features, or UNIT-related Software features where legal, compliance, store, payment, security, technical, or business risk exists.
89. Metadata, Public Displays, and Software Rendering of Digital Assets
The Software may display metadata, images, traits, descriptions, links, region information, coordinates, attributes, public-ledger records, and external display data associated with digital items, digital assets, virtual land, or UNIT. Such display is informational and functional only, and does not create value, guarantee accuracy, prove entitlement, override Internal Records, or create refund or compensation rights. Metadata, images, traits, links, and displays may be changed, corrected, delayed, unavailable, cached incorrectly, rendered incorrectly, refreshed slowly, hidden, disabled, or displayed differently across the Software and third-party services. TCG World may update, replace, migrate, freeze, remove, or discontinue metadata, images, links, attributes, or display systems for technical, legal, security, compliance, operational, game design, or business reasons.
90. No Custody, No Escrow, and No Transaction Recovery
TCG World does not act as wallet custodian, escrow agent, broker, dealer, exchange, payment account provider, financial intermediary, market operator, fiduciary, or recovery service for public-ledger transactions, wallets, UNIT, or externally held digital assets. TCG World does not hold user private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet credentials. TCG World cannot guarantee recovery of public-ledger transactions, lost private keys, mistaken addresses, malicious approvals, compromised wallets, external sales, third-party marketplace purchases, failed transactions, network fees, delayed transactions, or externally held assets. Any assistance is discretionary, may require verification, and does not create a policy, precedent, or future duty.
91. No Public-Ledger Infrastructure or External Market Obligation
TCG World has no obligation to maintain, fund, operate, subsidize, repair, replace, or support any public-ledger network, external liquidity source, bridge, wallet integration, explorer, indexer, metadata service, third-party display service, transaction venue, analytics service, external listing, or third-party integration. TCG World is not responsible for liquidity, external prices, third-party rankings, external marketplace royalties, delistings, thin markets, lack of buyers, lack of sellers, external trading behavior, wash trading, manipulation by third parties, slippage, network congestion, failed swaps, fee changes, or third-party analytics. Software support for public-ledger-related features may be removed at any time as described in the Terms and Conditions.
92. Regulatory, Store, and Payment Changes Affecting Public-Ledger Features
Laws, regulations, agency interpretations, tax rules, sanctions rules, payment rules, store rules, platform rules, and public-ledger network rules may change. These changes may affect whether wallet connection, UNIT-related functionality, digital asset display, marketplace access, optional minting, optional claiming, or related Software features are available. TCG World may modify, suspend, restrict, geofence, disable, or discontinue public-ledger-related Software features in response to legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, security, store, platform, payment, technical, operational, reputational, user-safety, or business requirements. Users are not entitled to compensation for such changes except where required by law.
93. Creator, Affiliate, and Streaming Software Use
Creators, affiliates, streamers, and promotional partners may use the Software only in compliance with this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, creator program rules, affiliate rules, advertising and endorsement rules, platform rules, music rights, privacy rights, and any campaign-specific terms. Access to creator tools, dashboards, links, promotional builds, or early content is a privilege, not a right. Creators and affiliates may not make false, misleading, investment-related, price-related, resale-related, scarcity-related, earnings-related, future-feature, refund, support, or authority claims. They may not imply they are employees, agents, financial promoters, official support representatives, or legal spokespersons for TCG World unless expressly authorized in writing. TCG World may require correction, removal, demonetization, link removal, payout hold, clawback, creator termination, affiliate termination, or Account action where creator use of the Software creates legal, user safety, reputational, payment, store, or compliance risk.
94. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Brand Safety in Software Content
Users may not place advertisements, sponsorships, product placements, affiliate links, QR codes, external links, brand integrations, or paid promotions in User Content, land content, streams, events, or Software-related materials without TCG World approval where approval is required. All promotions must comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, and platform rules. TCG World may remove or restrict advertising, sponsorships, links, logos, claims, or integrations that are misleading, harmful, illegal, directed at children, adult-oriented, financial-product-related, public-ledger-investment-related, infringing, deceptive, offensive, unsafe, or inconsistent with TCG World brand safety standards. TCG World has no obligation to provide advertising inventory, impressions, traffic, revenue, creator payouts, sponsorship opportunities, or promotion to any user or creator unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
95. No Gambling, Wagering, Chance-Based Sales, or Unauthorized Prize Pools
Users may not use the Software, TCG World Content, Accounts, digital items, virtual land, UNIT, public-ledger features, or TCG World brand for gambling, wagering, betting, casino-style activity, raffles, lotteries, chance-based sales, unauthorized loot-style sales, unauthorized prize pools, staking of value, side-bets, or pay-to-win contests unless expressly authorized by TCG World and lawful in the applicable jurisdiction. TCG World may remove or restrict user-created events, land content, competitions, links, assets, or communications that it believes involve gambling, wagering, unauthorized prizes, illegal promotions, or financial risk. TCG World is not required to adjudicate private betting, prize, or side-payment disputes between users.
96. Payment, Store Purchase, and Refund Cross-Reference
Payments, purchases, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, digital delivery, all-sales-final terms, subscriptions, marketplace transactions, creator commissions, and Payment Provider rules are governed primarily by the Terms and Conditions, applicable checkout terms, and applicable store or platform rules. This EULA does not create any additional refund, cancellation, return, exchange, credit, price-adjustment, or chargeback right. Where a third-party store, game store, app store, launcher, platform, bank, card network, or Payment Provider controls billing, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, currency conversion, regional pricing, taxes, or account access, TCG World may be unable to override that third party. Compliance with a third-party decision does not create a voluntary refund policy, admission of fault, waiver of rights, or right to similar treatment in any other case.
97. User Disputes, External Disputes, and No Mediation Duty
TCG World is not required to mediate or resolve disputes between users, creators, affiliates, buyers, sellers, streamers, external marketplaces, wallet providers, Payment Providers, platform operators, sponsors, or other third parties. TCG World may intervene where it determines intervention protects the Software, Services, users, Protected Parties, or legal compliance, but no intervention creates a duty to intervene again. Users may not attempt to force TCG World to act as judge, escrow agent, appraiser, payment processor, asset recovery service, wallet recovery service, law enforcement substitute, or private dispute mediator. TCG World may require a court order, law enforcement request, identity verification, or other documentation before taking certain actions.
98. Evidence Preservation, Audit Trails, and Record Reliance
TCG World may preserve, access, review, disclose, or provide logs, communications, payment records, public-ledger records, support submissions, User Content, device data, vendor reports, anti-cheat data, fraud signals, crash reports, telemetry, and other evidence related to security incidents, fraud, legal claims, enforcement, moderation, safety, or compliance reviews. TCG World may audit Accounts, purchases, claims, rewards, creator commissions, affiliate sales, marketplace activity, wallet links, digital item grants, support claims, and user activity to verify compliance. TCG World may reverse or correct benefits, commissions, rewards, or entitlements that fail review. If user-provided evidence conflicts with TCG World Internal Records, TCG World may rely on Internal Records to the fullest extent permitted by law. TCG World may reject altered screenshots, incomplete records, unverifiable documents, conflicting wallet claims, unsupported community records, or evidence TCG World determines is unreliable.
99. Public Statements, Roadmaps, and Non-Binding Software Plans
Roadmaps, development updates, timelines, launch windows, demos, previews, trailers, pitch decks, screenshots, feature lists, community calls, interviews, AMAs, streams, emails, presentations, tooltips, UI previews, and posts are informational only and may change. They are not promises, warranties, guarantees, purchase terms, investment statements, or binding commitments. TCG World may change development priorities, supported platforms, technical architecture, public-ledger support, marketplace support, creator tools, anti-cheat systems, server providers, store strategy, and release schedules at any time. Users may not rely on future development or marketing statements when downloading, purchasing, using, or continuing to use the Software.
100. Confidential Information and Non-Public Materials
Non-public Software builds, source code, object code not released to the public, private documentation, internal tools, performance data, debug information, security information, unpublished features, unreleased assets, internal communications, test instructions, and restricted-access materials are confidential unless TCG World expressly makes them public. You may not disclose, publish, sell, leak, distribute, data mine, screenshot, stream, benchmark, reverse engineer, or use confidential information except as expressly authorized by TCG World in writing. Unauthorized disclosure may cause irreparable harm and may result in Account termination, denial of access, legal action, and injunctive relief.
101. Software Support Is Discretionary
TCG World may provide support, patches, troubleshooting, help articles, forums, ticket systems, community channels, launchers, crash reporting, or support tools, but has no obligation to provide any particular level, timing, method, language, platform, or outcome of support except where required by law or a signed written agreement. TCG World may refuse support for unsupported devices, old builds, unofficial downloads, modified files, banned Accounts, gray-market purchases, unauthorized transfers, private servers, modded clients, cheating tools, abusive communications, incomplete requests, unverifiable claims, or issues caused by third-party platforms. Support availability may vary by region, language, staffing, platform, account status, purchase method, store, legal restrictions, public-ledger support status, and business operations.
102. Preservation, Archiving, and Historical Versions
TCG World is not required to preserve old Software versions, old servers, old launchers, old installers, old maps, old settings, old balancing, old metadata, old marketplace behavior, old public-ledger integrations, old store builds, old APIs, old user content, old events, or old gameplay states for historical, nostalgia, archival, compatibility, research, or preservation purposes. Users may not create or operate private archives, preservation servers, emulators, modified clients, or re-hosted builds using TCG World Content without written permission. Preservation, nostalgia, education, or community interest does not authorize copying, distribution, server emulation, security circumvention, or asset extraction.
103. Consumer Rights Savings and Maximum Lawful Enforcement
Some jurisdictions provide non-waivable rights relating to digital content, software, consumer transactions, accessibility, privacy, warranties, remedies, or dispute processes. Nothing in this EULA is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a provision cannot be enforced as written, it applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and only to the specific user, transaction, region, and right for which limitation is legally required. Any legally required remedy does not create a voluntary policy, precedent, waiver, or broader remedy for other users, products, purchases, builds, regions, platforms, or circumstances. TCG World reserves all rights, defenses, limitations, disclaimers, and remedies not prohibited by applicable law.
104. Live-Service Nature of the Software
The Software is a live-service product that may rely on changing servers, databases, content pipelines, update systems, security systems, game economy systems, user-generated content systems, public-ledger-related tools, third-party vendors, and platform rules. The Software is not a fixed, permanent, unchanging product, and no user should expect any feature, balance state, user interface, Software version, map state, digital item behavior, economy condition, or online environment to remain unchanged. TCG World may operate the Software through seasons, campaigns, tests, events, experiments, phased rollouts, staged releases, limited regions, limited platforms, temporary features, temporary rewards, temporary game modes, or temporary creator programs. Temporary access or temporary availability does not create a permanent entitlement, warranty, refund right, or right to continued access.
105. No Virtual Property Ownership Through Software Use
The Software may use words such as own, ownership, buy, sell, land, asset, item, inventory, marketplace, unlock, claim, grant, reward, and similar words in a game or interface context. Unless a final written purchase page or signed agreement expressly states otherwise, those words refer to limited digital access, display, gameplay functionality, or platform features, not real-world property ownership, intellectual property ownership, equity, revenue rights, financial rights, or permanent rights against TCG World. No user obtains any property right in Software code, game systems, servers, databases, economy systems, land systems, maps, item systems, metadata systems, public-ledger support systems, or TCG World Content by using the Software or by holding any Account Entitlement, digital item, digital asset, virtual land feature, or UNIT.
106. Gameplay License Versus Account Entitlements
Your Software license is separate from any Account Entitlement, DLC, digital item, virtual land functionality, digital asset, or UNIT-related feature. Losing the Software license, failing to update the Software, failing authentication, violating rules, being suspended, using an unsupported platform, or losing server access may prevent use of Account Entitlements without creating a refund, compensation, or replacement right except where required by law. TCG World may require current Software, current account status, current platform support, current public-ledger support, current store compliance, current region eligibility, and current Internal Records before any Account Entitlement or digital feature is usable through the Software.
107. Marketplace Interface Within the Software
If the Software includes marketplace browsing, listing, purchase, sale, exchange, display, or transfer interfaces, those interfaces are Services features governed primarily by the Terms and Conditions. The Software may display marketplace data, pricing data, item data, listing data, user data, fees, royalties, or external data, but such display may be delayed, inaccurate, cached, incomplete, restricted, or unavailable. TCG World is not responsible for user decisions based on marketplace displays, external listings, third-party prices, metadata, rarity tools, marketplace search results, or public-ledger data. Users are responsible for verifying all transaction details through the official final transaction flow before acting.
108. Software Interface Errors and Display Errors
The Software may contain interface errors, display errors, pricing display errors, item display errors, metadata display errors, region display errors, wallet display errors, marketplace display errors, entitlement display errors, or synchronization errors. Interface display does not override TCG World Internal Records, final checkout terms, server records, or the Terms and Conditions. TCG World may correct interface errors, cancel affected transactions, reverse mistaken grants, modify displays, adjust item records, correct metadata, and take other action where the Software displayed inaccurate, stale, incomplete, or mistaken information. Users are not entitled to retain benefits obtained from display errors, interface errors, or synchronization errors.
109. Device Bans, Hardware Identifiers, and Access Restrictions
TCG World may restrict access by Account, device, hardware identifier, installation, platform account, store account, IP address, region, wallet, payment method, network, or other risk signal where TCG World determines restriction is necessary to protect the Software, users, payment systems, game economy, security, legal compliance, or platform integrity. Users may not evade device bans, Account bans, region restrictions, wallet restrictions, payment restrictions, IP restrictions, or other access controls through new accounts, modified devices, spoofed identifiers, VPNs, proxies, remote access tools, virtual machines, alternate wallets, alternate payment methods, or third parties.
110. Enforcement Without Prior Warning
TCG World may take enforcement action without prior warning where it believes conduct creates risk, violates this EULA or the Terms and Conditions, harms users, compromises security, manipulates the game economy, infringes rights, causes payment risk, creates legal exposure, or threatens platform integrity. TCG World is not required to use progressive discipline, warnings, temporary penalties, or identical penalties for every user. Enforcement decisions may be based on suspicion, risk signals, Internal Records, automated systems, human review, vendor reports, user reports, payment data, public-ledger records, platform reports, or other evidence. TCG World may act before a full investigation is complete where emergency or risk conditions exist.
111. Forfeiture and Reversal of Improper Benefits
If TCG World determines that any Account access, progress, reward, item, currency, benefit, creator commission, affiliate commission, marketplace transaction, claim, grant, public-ledger-related display, or Software functionality was obtained through error, exploitation, fraud, violation, chargeback, unauthorized access, or unintended mechanics, TCG World may remove, reverse, reduce, adjust, reclaim, disable, or withhold the benefit. Users are not entitled to retain or be compensated for improper benefits, mistaken grants, duplicated items, invalid rewards, pricing errors, unauthorized access, exploit-derived progress, or benefits associated with banned Accounts or prohibited conduct.
112. Content Ratings, Mature Content, and Store Classifications
Content ratings, age gates, store classifications, platform ratings, regional ratings, and maturity labels may vary by platform, region, version, build, store, or feature. TCG World may modify, disable, or remove content or features to comply with rating authorities, stores, platform policies, regional rules, payment providers, advertising rules, or safety requirements. Ratings and age gates are not guarantees that users will not encounter offensive, mature, inaccurate, harmful, user-generated, or third-party material. Users are responsible for deciding whether the Software is appropriate for them and for complying with regional age and content rules.
113. No Parental Control Guarantee
Although TCG World is intended for adults only, some devices, stores, consoles, platforms, routers, operating systems, and third-party accounts may provide parental control, screen-time, purchase control, or content filtering tools. TCG World does not control and does not guarantee the effectiveness of third-party parental control tools. Parents, guardians, device owners, household members, and account holders are responsible for preventing unauthorized use of devices, payment methods, store accounts, platform accounts, emails, wallets, or TCG World Accounts by minors or other unauthorized persons. Unauthorized access by a household member or minor does not create refund rights except where required by law.
114. Licensed Music, Audio, and Platform Claims
The Software may include music, sound effects, voice content, licensed audio, third-party audio, user-generated audio, or streamed content. Audio that is permitted within the Software may not be cleared for every external use, including streams, videos, advertisements, monetized content, clips, or platform uploads. Users and creators are responsible for managing audio rights, platform rules, muted audio, copyright claims, strikes, takedowns, demonetization, and third-party rights when streaming or publishing Software content. TCG World is not responsible for platform copyright actions, music claims, muted streams, account strikes, demonetization, or takedowns arising from user publication of Software content.
115. Creator Builds, Press Builds, and Demonstration Access
TCG World may provide creators, press, partners, testers, contractors, investors, vendors, or event participants with special builds, demo builds, temporary access, promotional accounts, test entitlements, event accounts, or limited Software access. Such access is revocable, may be watermarked, may be monitored, may be limited, may be confidential, and may be withdrawn at any time. Special access does not create ownership, employment, agency, guaranteed compensation, permanent access, future access, public release rights, disclosure rights, or rights to continued Software features. TCG World may require return, deletion, non-disclosure, or confirmation of compliance for special builds or access.
116. Watermarks, Fingerprinting, and Leak Prevention
The Software, screenshots, videos, logs, builds, assets, or test content may contain watermarks, account identifiers, device identifiers, build identifiers, forensic markers, or other measures used to detect leaks, unauthorized sharing, cheating, abuse, or violations. Users may not remove, obscure, spoof, alter, or interfere with such measures. TCG World may use watermark, fingerprint, telemetry, and Internal Records to investigate leaks, unauthorized publication, confidential disclosure, account sharing, or misuse of builds. TCG World is not required to disclose the presence or details of such measures.
117. Conflicts With Store-Specific License Terms
Some stores, platforms, or devices may require additional Software license terms, end user terms, or minimum rights. Those terms apply only to the extent required for that store, platform, or device and do not expand rights for other versions, platforms, regions, Accounts, features, public-ledger functionality, or Services. If store-specific terms conflict with this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, or feature-specific terms, the conflict is resolved according to the applicable order of precedence and only for the specific platform or transaction where the conflict exists. All non-conflicting protections remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
118. No Benchmarking, Competitive Analysis, or Public Performance Claims
You may not publish benchmarks, performance tests, server measurements, security analysis, exploit analysis, data-mined content, technical comparisons, or internal metrics derived from non-public Software builds without TCG World written approval. Public commentary based on ordinary gameplay is not prohibited, but technical publication that exposes confidential information, security risk, unreleased content, or misleading claims is restricted. You may not use Software access to build, train, evaluate, market, or improve competing games, virtual world products, public-ledger products, marketplace products, creator platforms, anti-cheat products, analytics products, or data products without TCG World prior written consent.
119. No Circumvention of Fees, Attribution, or Monetization Systems
You may not circumvent, manipulate, spoof, bypass, or interfere with TCG World fees, marketplace fees, creator attribution, affiliate attribution, tracking links, referral systems, checkout flows, payment flows, advertising systems, campaign tracking, reward systems, or payout systems. TCG World may invalidate transactions, deny commissions, reverse rewards, withhold payouts, restrict Accounts, or take enforcement action where it detects self-dealing, bot traffic, fake purchases, fake attribution, coupon abuse, cookie stuffing, payment abuse, chargeback risk, or manipulation of monetization systems.
120. Off-Platform Conduct Affecting TCG World
TCG World may take action based on off-platform conduct where that conduct relates to TCG World, the Software, Services, users, creators, Protected Parties, Accounts, digital items, public-ledger features, marketplace activity, or TCG World Content. This may include threats, harassment, scams, impersonation, phishing, unauthorized sales, cheating services, gray-market listings, leaks, infringement, or coordinated abuse. Users may not evade enforcement by moving prohibited conduct to external websites, social platforms, messaging apps, marketplaces, public-ledger tools, streaming platforms, or private groups. TCG World may preserve evidence, restrict access, deny support, remove content, contact platforms, or pursue legal remedies for off-platform conduct connected to TCG World.
121. Law Enforcement, Regulatory, and Platform Cooperation
TCG World may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, tax authorities, Payment Providers, banks, card networks, stores, platform operators, fraud vendors, security vendors, rights holders, and safety organizations where required or permitted by law, or where TCG World determines cooperation is appropriate to protect users, Protected Parties, the Software, payment systems, intellectual property, or legal compliance. TCG World may preserve, disclose, or restrict information, Accounts, features, records, public-ledger-related support, payments, or access in response to subpoenas, court orders, warrants, legal requests, emergency requests, platform requests, rights-holder requests, or credible safety risks. TCG World is not required to notify users where notice is prohibited, impractical, risky, or not required by law.
122. No Insurance, Warranty Fund, or Loss Pool
TCG World does not provide insurance, warranty funds, guarantee funds, recovery pools, compensation pools, buyer protection, seller protection, account protection, wallet protection, public-ledger protection, marketplace protection, or loss reimbursement for Accounts, Software access, digital items, virtual land, UNIT, digital assets, User Content, progress, rewards, claims, purchases, or user interactions. Users assume the risk of loss from account compromise, device compromise, phishing, social engineering, wallet loss, mistaken transactions, third-party failures, market conditions, user disputes, platform restrictions, store actions, and Software changes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
123. No Waiver of TCG World Ownership or Enforcement Rights
TCG World may tolerate certain user behavior, fan content, community practices, tool usage, streams, screenshots, or external discussion without waiving any rights. A delay, failure to enforce, partial enforcement, inconsistent enforcement, or one-time permission does not waive TCG World rights or authorize future conduct. Any permission granted by TCG World may be limited, conditional, revocable, region-specific, platform-specific, Account-specific, event-specific, or build-specific. Users may not rely on implied permission, community practice, lack of prior enforcement, or another user's conduct as authorization.
124. Severability of Protective Clauses
The protections in this EULA are cumulative and independent. If any disclaimer, limitation, waiver, arbitration term, class waiver, indemnity, license restriction, technical restriction, public-ledger restriction, or enforcement right is limited or found unenforceable, the remaining protections continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A court, arbitrator, tribunal, regulator, platform, or other authority should modify any invalid or overbroad provision to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the maximum protective effect intended by TCG World.
125. Final Integration With the Terms and Conditions
This EULA is designed to work with the Terms and Conditions, not replace them. The Terms and Conditions remain the master platform document for account services, website services, payments, digital delivery, digital items, virtual land, UNIT, Optional Public-Ledger Features, marketplace features, creator and affiliate programs, user content, support, compliance, privacy references, and dispute matters. If the Terms and Conditions provide broader protection, broader disclaimers, broader limitations, broader indemnity, broader enforcement rights, broader no-refund terms, broader public-ledger risk disclosures, or broader platform rights than this EULA, TCG World may rely on the broader Terms and Conditions protection to the fullest extent permitted by law.
126. Maximum Protective Construction for Software
This EULA is intended to provide maximum lawful protection to TCG World and the Protected Parties across all Software, game clients, launchers, downloads, updates, files, servers, Accounts, platforms, public-ledger-related Software functionality, digital items, virtual land functionality, events, support, game economy systems, user interactions, user-generated content, and user conduct involving the Software. If more than one section of this EULA or the Terms and Conditions applies to a dispute, risk, transaction, claim, technical issue, support issue, public-ledger issue, Account issue, or user action, TCG World may rely on all applicable sections. If one protection is limited, all remaining protections continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a claim, dispute, user action, or risk is not specifically named, it is still covered to the extent it arises out of or relates to TCG World, the Software, the Services, any TCG World-operated or TCG World-branded product, or any user interaction with TCG World.
127. Current Version, Publication Controls, and Updates
The version of this EULA posted on the official TCG World website, included in the Software, or presented through an Authorized Platform is the operative version for public use unless TCG World identifies another applicable version for a particular product, store, region, transaction, or signed agreement. Drafts, archived versions, old versions, screenshots, community copies, unofficial reposts, and prior documents are not operative unless TCG World expressly adopts them. TCG World may require users to accept updated EULA terms, updated Terms and Conditions, updated Privacy Policy, updated Cookie Policy, store terms, feature-specific terms, or platform rules before continuing to use the Software or any feature. Refusal or failure to accept required terms may result in loss of access. Summaries, FAQs, help articles, campaign decks, community explanations, support responses, and creator guides are for convenience only and do not replace this EULA or the Terms and Conditions unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
128. Final User Acknowledgment
By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, updating, copying, or using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Software is licensed, not sold; (b) TCG World and its licensors retain ownership of the Software and TCG World Content; (c) your license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable; (d) TCG World is a game-first entertainment platform; (e) digital items, virtual land, digital assets, and UNIT are governed by the Terms and Conditions and are not investments or securities; (f) all purchases are final except where required by law; (g) TCG World Internal Records control Software access and platform entitlements; (h) the Software may be updated, changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued; (i) online interactions and user content involve risks; (j) you assume the risks described in this EULA and the Terms and Conditions; (k) you agree to disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, class action waiver, and no personal claims against individuals to the fullest extent permitted by law; and (l) if you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using and uninstall the Software. This EULA is intended to be comprehensive, cumulative, and protective. It does not reduce any protection, disclaimer, limitation, indemnity, enforcement right, ownership right, or remedy provided to TCG World under the Terms and Conditions, applicable law, equity, platform rules, or any written agreement signed by an authorized officer of TCG World.
