TCG World may operate through multiple affiliated entities, vendors, contractors, payment processors, hosting providers, and service providers depending on the product, region, store, purchase method, technical stack, support channel, or feature. The entity identified on the checkout page, invoice, receipt, platform store, written agreement, or applicable offer may be the seller, service provider, or contracting party for that particular transaction or feature. TCG World US, Inc. is the U.S. entity that may receive certain support, copyright, compliance, and operational communications. TCG Bahamas Ltd. may operate or own certain Services, technology, intellectual property, digital item programs, public-ledger features, or commercial relationships. These Terms are intended to protect all TCG World entities and related parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Services may include websites, account systems, game clients, downloadable software, servers, virtual world experiences, digital items, DLC, founder packs, virtual land, vehicles, creatures, characters, skins, cosmetics, badges, titles, in-game systems, communications tools, creator tools, marketplace features, support tools, events, promotions, optional public-ledger integrations, and other current or future services. These Terms apply to all current and future TCG World-operated or TCG World-branded websites, games, game clients, launchers, account systems, platforms, digital item systems, DLC offerings, virtual land systems, creator programs, affiliate programs, promotional programs, marketplace systems, public-ledger features, support systems, events, campaigns, and related products or services, unless TCG World publishes separate terms that expressly supersede these Terms for a specific product, region, transaction, or feature. TCG World is a game-first entertainment platform. Any public-ledger, wallet, UNIT, digital asset, marketplace, or related feature is optional, supplemental, and subject to separate availability, jurisdictional restrictions, technical limitations, compliance review, and future change. Nothing in the Services is intended to offer securities, investment products, banking services, money services, gambling services, wagering, deposits, loans, insurance, or regulated financial products.

If there is a conflict between documents, the following order applies unless a signed written agreement states otherwise: (1) a signed written agreement with TCG World for the specific relationship; (2) feature-specific rules or purchase terms presented at the time of use; (3) these Terms; (4) the EULA for software and game-client matters; (5) the Privacy Policy for personal information matters; (6) the Cookie Policy for cookie and tracking matters; and (7) general website materials or FAQs. Third-party store, launcher, payment, device, app store, console, wallet, marketplace, or network terms may also apply to your use of third-party services. TCG World is not responsible for third-party terms, actions, omissions, outages, payment rules, refund rules, content policies, or data practices.

Certain Services require an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, complete, non-misleading information and to keep that information updated. TCG World may reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts that contain false, misleading, incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or unverifiable information. TCG World may require email verification, device verification, payment verification, identity verification, wallet verification, age verification, two-factor authentication, or other security procedures. You may not create Accounts using automated methods, false identities, stolen information, disposable credentials intended to avoid enforcement, or information belonging to another person without authorization.

Usernames, display names, profile names, creator names, land names, team names, wallet labels, links, avatars, and other identifiers may not infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, mislead users, contain offensive material, promote unlawful activity, suggest false affiliation with TCG World, or violate platform rules. TCG World may remove, rename, reserve, restrict, or reassign identifiers at its discretion.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials, devices, email accounts, authentication methods, wallets, private keys, recovery phrases, payment credentials, and security information. You are responsible for all activity through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, except to the extent caused by TCG World in a manner that cannot be limited under applicable law. You must promptly notify TCG World at support@tcg.world if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, payment fraud, wallet compromise, phishing, identity theft, or other security issues. TCG World may require proof of account ownership, payment information, identity verification, device information, wallet control proof, transaction records, or other information before taking action.

Accounts are personal, revocable access credentials. You may not sell, rent, lease, assign, lend, share, sublicense, commercially exploit, or transfer your Account without TCG World prior written consent. TCG World may refuse support, recovery, or entitlement transfers where an Account has been shared, sold, transferred, compromised, or obtained through unauthorized means.

TCG World may limit, merge, restrict, or terminate multiple Accounts controlled by the same person, household, device, payment method, wallet, IP address, creator, affiliate, organization, or other related party where TCG World believes such Accounts are being used for fraud, evasion, abuse, duplicate claims, manipulation, prohibited conduct, or circumvention of restrictions.

TCG World may offer or provide Off-Chain Digital Items, DLC, packs, founder benefits, virtual land access, vehicles, creatures, characters, skins, cosmetics, titles, badges, access passes, rewards, in-game currency, event access, promotional benefits, and other digital features. These items are limited, revocable, account-based licenses or entitlements for use within the Services. Off-Chain Digital Items are not real-world property, securities, financial products, deposits, stored value accounts, investments, banking products, insurance products, or money transmission services. They have no cash value, no redemption value, and no guaranteed transferability unless TCG World expressly states otherwise.

Descriptions, images, pack contents, rarity labels, names, examples, concept art, screenshots, videos, marketing materials, and product pages are illustrative and may not reflect final implementation. Gameplay features, item appearances, item names, mechanics, in-game utility, balancing, availability, and functionality may change over time. Any statement that a pack includes land, a vehicle, a creature, a title, a badge, access, a founder benefit, or similar content means an in-game or account-based digital entitlement unless TCG World expressly states otherwise at the time of purchase. Such statements do not promise real property, equity, securities, revenue, dividends, governance rights, guaranteed scarcity, guaranteed resale, guaranteed public-ledger recording, or permanent feature availability.

TCG World may modify, rebalance, rename, replace, delay, restrict, disable, discontinue, or substitute any Off-Chain Digital Item, DLC pack, benefit, mechanic, feature, reward, or entitlement for gameplay, technical, legal, compliance, platform, balance, security, operational, or business reasons. TCG World may provide a reasonably comparable substitute where it determines a substitute is appropriate, but is not obligated to provide refunds, cash value, or compensation except where required by law.

Off-Chain Digital Items are licensed for entertainment and platform use only. They cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, property, equity, distributions, financial value, or monetary value from TCG World. TCG World may restrict transfers, gifting, sales, or secondary transactions involving Off-Chain Digital Items.

Access to Off-Chain Digital Items depends on Account status, server availability, platform availability, technical compatibility, compliance with these Terms, and continued operation of the relevant feature. If your Account is suspended or terminated, if the Services are discontinued, if a feature is removed, or if you violate these Terms, you may lose access to Off-Chain Digital Items without refund or compensation except where required by law.

TCG World may offer optional features that interact with public-ledger networks, wallet tools, self-executing public-ledger code, or externally held digital assets. These features are optional and may not be available in all regions, versions, devices, platforms, launchers, stores, Accounts, or products. TCG World may pause, limit, change, or discontinue any optional feature at any time. TCG World uses the term "digital assets" to refer to certain digital collectibles, utility items, Account-linked records, or public-ledger records that may be associated with the Services where supported. This terminology does not imply investment value, financial value, guaranteed scarcity, guaranteed resale, equity, dividends, profit participation, governance rights, or ownership of TCG World intellectual property.

UNIT is an optional digital utility asset intended for platform-related functionality where supported by TCG World. UNIT is not equity, stock, debt, a bond, a note, a share, a deposit, a banking product, a stored value account, a managed investment product, an investment contract, a right to profits, a right to revenue, a right to dividends, a right to distributions, a right to interest, a governance right, a voting right, a liquidation right, or an ownership interest in TCG World. No user should acquire, hold, use, or transfer UNIT or any digital asset with an expectation of profit, appreciation, resale value, liquidity, income, or return from the efforts of TCG World or any third party. TCG World does not make, support, or authorize promises regarding price, value, market availability, exchange listing, liquidity, trading volume, future demand, future functionality, or future utility. Any current or future functionality associated with UNIT may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued. TCG World does not guarantee that UNIT will remain usable for any particular feature, purchase, reward, discount, marketplace transaction, access right, or in-game activity. Users are solely responsible for determining whether acquiring, holding, transferring, or using UNIT is lawful in their jurisdiction.

If you connect a wallet or interact with public-ledger features, you are solely responsible for wallet security, private keys, recovery phrases, signatures, approvals, devices, transaction details, and network fees. TCG World cannot recover lost private keys, reverse public-ledger transactions, restore assets sent to an incorrect address, or guarantee the security of third-party wallets, networks, bridges, marketplaces, or tools. Public-ledger transactions may be irreversible, visible to third parties, delayed, failed, subject to network fees, subject to congestion, subject to forks, subject to bugs, subject to validator or miner behavior, and subject to third-party network risks outside TCG World control. You assume all such risks.

Control of a digital asset in an external wallet does not guarantee access to TCG World, access to game servers, land functionality, Account benefits, item functionality, marketplace eligibility, rewards, support, display, metadata accuracy, future utility, or continued feature availability. TCG World controls the Services and may restrict or disable platform functionality associated with any digital asset for any reason described in these Terms.

TCG World is not responsible for counterfeit assets, unofficial assets, copied assets, scam assets, phishing links, third-party listings, unauthorized collections, external marketplace descriptions, external metadata, or third-party representations. Users are responsible for verifying that any asset, link, public-ledger address, marketplace, or wallet interaction is official and supported before interacting with it.

UNIT and supported digital assets are digital utility items and/or digital collectibles intended solely for entertainment, access, collection, display, and platform-related use within or in connection with TCG World where supported. They do not possess intrinsic value, do not represent real-world property, do not represent ownership of TCG World, and should not be acquired, used, transferred, or held for investment, speculative, financial, resale, or profit-seeking purposes. Any perceived value of UNIT, digital assets, virtual land, or digital items is subjective, may be zero, may change at any time, and is not guaranteed, supported, maintained, or defended by TCG World. TCG World has no obligation to create, preserve, support, stabilize, increase, market, or protect any perceived price, value, demand, liquidity, utility, rarity, transferability, or marketability.

TCG World does not owe users any fiduciary duty, investment-management duty, broker duty, advisory duty, trustee duty, custodial duty, market-support duty, or duty to maximize, preserve, support, or protect the value, liquidity, utility, resale ability, or marketability of UNIT, digital assets, virtual land, digital items, Account Entitlements, or any feature of the Services. No user relationship with TCG World creates a trust, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary relationship, managed account, pooled arrangement, investment arrangement, brokerage relationship, advisory relationship, or financial-services relationship. Users act for their own entertainment and platform-use purposes and assume all risks described in these Terms.

Purchases, receipts, transfers, use, or holding of UNIT, digital assets, virtual land, digital items, packs, claims, rewards, or Account Entitlements are not pooled with other users for investment purposes, do not create a common enterprise with TCG World or any other user, and do not entitle any user to share in TCG World revenue, profits, assets, intellectual property, business success, sale proceeds, financing proceeds, or company value. Users have no right to participate in management, governance, voting, development priorities, treasury decisions, business decisions, technical architecture, public-ledger support, marketplace rules, game design, roadmap decisions, or any operational decision of TCG World unless TCG World expressly provides a limited non-binding feedback mechanism.

Users acknowledge that any roadmap, planned feature, future utility, future marketplace support, future game expansion, future integration, future reward, future public-ledger support, future creator program, or future platform feature is uncertain and may be changed, delayed, limited, discontinued, or never released. Users may not rely on future development efforts when purchasing, acquiring, using, or holding UNIT, digital assets, virtual land, packs, digital items, or Account Entitlements. TCG World may make development, legal, technical, platform, store, payment, compliance, security, financial, staffing, vendor, or business decisions that reduce, limit, delay, remove, or eliminate features or utility. Such decisions do not create any right to refund, damages, compensation, replacement, or continued support except where required by law.

Statements by users, creators, affiliates, community members, moderators, influencers, third-party websites, market participants, external marketplaces, or unofficial channels are not TCG World statements and may not be relied upon. TCG World does not adopt or ratify unauthorized claims about value, scarcity, supply, price, listings, future support, future features, future utility, resale, rewards, or financial outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all purchases, sales, fees, orders, downloads, access passes, DLC packs, digital items, digital assets, Marketplace purchases, event tickets, creator purchases, promotional purchases, and other transactions are final, non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once completed, delivered, redeemed, fulfilled, submitted, confirmed, or made available. No refunds or credits will be provided for user error, mistaken purchases, duplicate purchases, unauthorized use of your Account, compromised credentials, buyer remorse, dissatisfaction, changed personal circumstances, loss of access due to violation of these Terms, temporary outages, feature changes, balancing changes, delays, discontinued features, loss of wallet access, market changes, external transaction issues, or inability to use a digital item on a particular device, platform, store, launcher, region, or wallet, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by TCG World at the time of purchase. Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation, withdrawal right, chargeback right, or other remedy that cannot be waived, TCG World will comply only to the minimum extent required by that law.

TCG World may require users to affirmatively accept these Terms before account creation, download, installation, purchase, checkout, wallet connection, marketplace access, creator program participation, claim submission, support escalation, or access to certain features. By clicking an acceptance button, checking an agreement box, creating an Account, completing a purchase, connecting a wallet, downloading software, accessing a gated feature, submitting a claim, or otherwise proceeding after these Terms are presented or linked, you confirm acceptance of these Terms, including the all-sales-final terms, disclaimers, assumption of risk, arbitration agreement, class action waiver, limitation of liability, indemnification obligations, and digital item risk disclosures. For purchases, TCG World may require checkout language confirming that digital purchases are final except where required by law. Failure by TCG World to require a separate checkbox in a particular transaction does not waive these Terms where the Terms were otherwise made available, incorporated, linked, or accepted through continued use to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Digital items, DLC, access, and Account Entitlements may be delivered instantly, automatically, or through Account systems. By purchasing or redeeming digital content, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately and that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Where applicable, by purchasing, redeeming, or accepting digital content, DLC, Account Entitlements, access, or digital items, you request and consent to immediate delivery, immediate access, and immediate performance of the digital service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that any cancellation, cooling-off, or withdrawal right may be lost or limited once delivery, access, download, redemption, fulfillment, or use begins. If applicable law requires a refund, withdrawal right, cancellation right, chargeback right, or other remedy that cannot be waived, that remedy applies only to the specific transaction and only to the minimum extent required by law. Any legally required exception does not create a general refund policy, voluntary refund practice, waiver of all-sales-final terms, or right to refunds for other purchases, items, accounts, users, or circumstances.

If a purchase is made through a third-party store, launcher, app store, game store, payment provider, wallet provider, marketplace, or external platform, that third party refund, dispute, and cancellation rules may control the transaction. TCG World is not responsible for refunds, credits, reversals, or disputes required to be handled through a third party and may refuse duplicate recovery through TCG World systems.

Improper, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks, reversals, payment disputes, or payment failures may result in Account suspension, loss of access to purchased items, reversal of entitlements, withholding of creator or affiliate commissions, collection efforts, restriction of future purchases, and termination. TCG World may contest chargebacks and provide transaction, Account, access, entitlement, IP, device, delivery, and usage records to Payment Providers, banks, card networks, app stores, law enforcement, or other relevant parties.

TCG World is not responsible for refunds, reversals, cancellations, or disputes involving third-party stores, external marketplaces, wallet providers, public-ledger networks, unauthorized sellers, resellers, or user-to-user transactions. Users must resolve such issues with the relevant third party.

TCG World US, Inc. has registered a designated agent for notices of claimed copyright infringement with the U.S. Copyright Office. DMCA Registration Number: DMCA-1072926. Copyright and intellectual property notices should be sent to support@tcg.world with the subject line "DMCA Notice" or "Copyright Complaint." TCG World may update designated agent contact information from time to time. Users and rights holders should refer to the official TCG World website and the U.S. Copyright Office directory for the most current information.

A copyright notice should include all information required by applicable law, including: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit TCG World to locate the material. Contact information for the complaining party, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. TCG World may reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, unclear, or legally insufficient. TCG World may request additional information before taking action.

If your content was removed or disabled due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to support@tcg.world. A counter-notice should include the information required by applicable law, including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law. TCG World may forward counter-notices to the original complaining party and may restore content where permitted by law. TCG World is not obligated to restore content that independently violates these Terms or platform rules.

TCG World may terminate, suspend, restrict, or disable Accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly receive valid intellectual property complaints. TCG World may consider notices, counter-notices, court orders, settlement information, user history, severity, intent, and other relevant information in determining repeat infringement or enforcement action.

Submitting false, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith infringement notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability and TCG World enforcement action. TCG World may disclose notices, counter-notices, user information, and related records where required or permitted by law.

Complaints involving trademarks, rights of publicity, privacy rights, counterfeit assets, impersonation, or other intellectual property rights may also be sent to support@tcg.world. TCG World may investigate and take action at its discretion, but is not obligated to resolve private disputes between users or third parties.

Users are solely responsible for complying with all laws, rules, regulations, tax obligations, platform rules, sanctions, export controls, and restrictions applicable to their use of the Services, purchases, sales, transfers, rewards, payouts, UNIT, digital assets, creator commissions, and any related activity.

TCG World may require identity verification, age verification, tax documentation, wallet screening, sanctions screening, fraud review, payment review, proof of Account ownership, proof of wallet control, proof of purchase, proof of address, or other information before allowing access to certain features, fulfilling purchases, permitting Optional Public-Ledger Features, processing payouts, responding to support requests, or distributing rewards.

TCG World may monitor Accounts, orders, payments, wallets, claims, payouts, Marketplace activity, referrals, creator links, and other activity for fraud, money laundering, sanctions issues, suspicious activity, abuse, market manipulation, prohibited conduct, or legal risk. Monitoring may be conducted by TCG World or third-party service providers.

TCG World may block, restrict, delay, cancel, report, or refuse transactions, Accounts, payouts, claims, rewards, features, or access if it suspects fraud, money laundering, sanctions issues, prohibited activity, legal risk, payment risk, market manipulation, abuse, or non-compliance. TCG World may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, Payment Providers, tax authorities, analytics providers, fraud vendors, and other parties where required or permitted by law.

You may not use the Services if you are in, organized under the laws of, ordinarily resident in, or accessing from a restricted jurisdiction, or if you are subject to sanctions, embargoes, export controls, denied party lists, blocked person restrictions, or similar limitations. TCG World may block regions, payment methods, wallets, IP addresses, Accounts, or features where legal or compliance risk exists.

TCG World may refuse service, deny transactions, withhold payouts, restrict claims, or suspend Accounts for compliance reasons without disclosing detailed reasons, detection methods, vendor information, or confidential risk assessments.

Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact TCG World at support@tcg.world with a written description of the dispute, your Account information, the specific issue, and the relief requested. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 45 days after TCG World receives a reasonably complete notice, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. TCG World may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, security, confidential information, users, personnel, or platform integrity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, Accounts, purchases, digital items, digital assets, UNIT, creator programs, Marketplace activity, or any related transaction will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court, except for matters that may be brought in small claims court or where arbitration is prohibited by applicable law. Unless TCG World specifies a different recognized arbitration forum in the applicable rules or notice, arbitration will be conducted in English under rules selected by TCG World that are reasonably appropriate for the dispute, with the seat or legal place of arbitration in The Bahamas, subject to mandatory law. The arbitrator will have authority to decide arbitrability, scope, interpretation, validity, and enforceability of this arbitration agreement, subject to applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and TCG World agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff, claimant, class member, private attorney general, or representative in any class, collective, consolidated, representative, or mass action. You and TCG World waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, users may not use coordinated individual claims, mass arbitration demands, copycat notices, claim-filing campaigns, or materially identical claims to evade the class action waiver, create disproportionate administrative fees, or pressure settlement of unsupported claims. If multiple similar claims are filed or threatened by the same counsel, coordinated counsel, claim administrator, funding source, or organized group, TCG World may request that the claims be batched, stayed, sequenced, consolidated for threshold issues, or otherwise managed by the arbitration provider or tribunal in a manner designed to promote fairness, efficiency, and proportionality. Each claimant must provide an individualized notice describing the specific facts, Account, transaction, injury, and requested relief. TCG World may challenge deficient, duplicate, automated, unsupported, or non-individualized claims. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the arbitrator or tribunal may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim. The arbitrator or tribunal may not award class-wide, collective, representative, public, platform-wide, or non-individualized relief against TCG World or any Protected Party unless such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Any request for injunctive, declaratory, corrective, public, or platform-wide relief must be limited to the individual claimant's own legally cognizable injury and may not be used to obtain relief on behalf of other users, the general public, a class, a group, or persons who are not parties to the individual proceeding, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought within one year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If any part of this dispute resolution section is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

TCG World does not act as a custodian for user-controlled wallets or externally held digital assets. TCG World does not hold user private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet credentials. TCG World cannot guarantee recovery of any digital asset, UNIT, transaction, wallet, or external account that is lost, stolen, misdirected, compromised, blocked, frozen by a third party, or otherwise inaccessible. Users are solely responsible for verifying official websites, official links, official public-ledger addresses, official wallet prompts, official support communications, and official marketplace pages before taking any action. TCG World is not responsible for fake websites, fake support accounts, impersonators, phishing messages, malicious links, malicious approvals, fraudulent listings, unofficial collections, or third-party scams.

TCG World does not guarantee that UNIT or any digital asset will have any price, market, liquidity, demand, usability, transferability, listing, exchange support, marketplace support, or third-party display. TCG World does not guarantee that any third party will continue to support, list, display, index, recognize, value, or allow transactions involving UNIT or any digital asset. External prices, charts, analytics, rankings, trading activity, community estimates, and third-party valuations are not controlled by TCG World and should not be relied upon as TCG World statements. TCG World is not responsible for volatility, thin markets, slippage, lack of buyers, lack of sellers, market manipulation by third parties, inaccurate charts, delistings, or changes in third-party services.

Public-ledger transactions may be irreversible once submitted or confirmed. A transaction may fail, be delayed, be subject to fees, be subject to congestion, be subject to incompatible wallet behavior, be subject to user error, or be subject to changes in third-party network rules. TCG World is not responsible for network fees, failed transactions, duplicate transactions, incorrect wallet addresses, mistaken signatures, revoked approvals, malicious approvals, or loss caused by third-party tools.

Laws, regulations, agency interpretations, tax rules, sanctions rules, platform store rules, payment processor rules, and public-ledger network rules may change. These changes may affect whether certain features are available, whether UNIT or digital assets may be used, whether users may participate, whether TCG World may provide support, whether TCG World may process payouts, and whether TCG World must restrict or discontinue features. TCG World may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any public-ledger feature, UNIT-related feature, digital asset feature, Marketplace feature, claim, migration, airdrop, or support process in response to legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, security, business, technical, or platform requirements. Users are not entitled to compensation for such changes except where required by law.

A planned feature, public statement, roadmap, development update, promotional description, demo, trailer, pitch material, screenshot, or community discussion does not create any entitlement, warranty, promise, or contractual right unless expressly included in a signed written agreement or a final purchase page at the time of purchase. TCG World may change its development priorities, supported features, release schedule, and technical architecture at any time.

TCG World may temporarily or permanently discontinue support for UNIT, any digital asset, any Optional Public-Ledger Feature, any Marketplace feature, any wallet integration, any claim process, any migration process, or any public-ledger-related support process if TCG World determines that continued support creates legal, regulatory, technical, security, financial, operational, reputational, store-compliance, payment-provider, or business risk. Users are not entitled to compensation, refunds, replacement benefits, or continued support due to such discontinuation except where required by law.

TCG World has no obligation to maintain, fund, operate, subsidize, repair, replace, or support any public-ledger network, liquidity source, external trading venue, bridge, wallet, indexer, metadata service, third-party display, marketplace, analytics service, transaction venue, external listing, or third-party integration. TCG World may stop using, linking to, supporting, or referencing any external service at any time. TCG World is not responsible for external marketplace royalties, external fee enforcement, third-party listing accuracy, third-party delistings, slippage, thin markets, unavailable buyers, unavailable sellers, external liquidity conditions, third-party trading behavior, wash trading, market manipulation by third parties, or any third-party venue or analytics provider.

Metadata, images, traits, descriptions, links, region information, coordinates, attributes, public-ledger records, and external displays may be changed, corrected, delayed, unavailable, cached incorrectly, rendered incorrectly, refreshed slowly, or displayed differently by third-party services. TCG World is not responsible for third-party metadata caching, delayed refreshes, inaccurate external displays, marketplace rendering issues, indexing delays, broken external links, image-hosting changes, or inconsistent third-party displays. TCG World may update, correct, replace, migrate, freeze, remove, or discontinue metadata, images, links, attributes, or display systems for technical, legal, security, compliance, operational, game design, or business reasons. No user has a right to any specific metadata format, image host, external display, trait label, collection page, marketplace rendering, or cached third-party appearance.

Any reissue, replacement, correction, migration assistance, wallet-change assistance, or recovery support is entirely discretionary and may require identity verification, Account verification, wallet verification, payment records, transaction records, signed statements, police reports, affidavits, support forms, tax forms, or other proof requested by TCG World. TCG World may deny recovery or reissue requests involving lost wallets, compromised wallets, transferred assets, sold assets, disputed ownership, unverifiable claims, duplicate claims, suspected fraud, sanctions risk, payment disputes, user error, or legal risk. TCG World decision to provide assistance in one case does not create any obligation to provide assistance in another case and does not create a general recovery policy, precedent, warranty, or entitlement. TCG World may charge fees, impose deadlines, require releases, or refuse assistance where it determines assistance is not appropriate.

No government agency, securities regulator, financial regulator, exchange, public authority, or third-party platform has approved, endorsed, passed upon, or guaranteed the Services, UNIT, digital assets, virtual land, DLC, packs, rewards, or any related feature unless expressly stated in an official written notice from that authority. Users should not interpret availability of the Services or any feature as regulatory approval or legal clearance in their jurisdiction.

The final checkout page, order confirmation, and TCG World Internal Records control what a user purchased or received. Social media posts, decks, early drafts, screenshots, influencer descriptions, community messages, old website pages, outdated product descriptions, or third-party summaries do not control if they conflict with the final checkout page or Internal Records. TCG World may correct outdated, mistaken, inconsistent, incomplete, or inaccurate descriptions. If a product description contains an obvious error or a mismatch with TCG World Internal Records, TCG World may correct the error, cancel the order, substitute an appropriate digital benefit, or take other action it determines is reasonable.

Limited-time offers, founder offers, creator offers, promotional prices, bundle contents, early access offers, and special editions may be changed, extended, shortened, cancelled, or discontinued at TCG World discretion. TCG World does not guarantee that any offer will remain available, that a similar offer will not be offered later, or that any item will remain exclusive forever unless expressly stated in a final written offer.

References to rarity, limited availability, founder status, early access, special edition, exclusive benefits, or similar descriptions are gameplay and promotional descriptions only. Unless TCG World expressly states a fixed and enforceable limitation in the final offer, TCG World may create, sell, grant, modify, reissue, rename, rebalance, or replace similar or related digital items in the future.

If a DLC pack, founder benefit, virtual land feature, vehicle, creature, title, badge, or other benefit cannot be delivered as originally contemplated due to technical, legal, design, platform, game balance, vendor, compliance, public-ledger, store, or business reasons, TCG World may substitute a reasonably similar or functionally comparable benefit as determined by TCG World. TCG World is not required to provide cash refunds or compensation except where required by law.

TCG World does not promise that DLC, packs, founder benefits, virtual land, Off-Chain Digital Items, or digital assets can be resold, transferred, displayed externally, listed externally, or used outside TCG World. Any transferability, public-ledger recording, Marketplace support, or third-party display is optional and may be changed or discontinued.

Creators, affiliates, streamers, ambassadors, community members, and third parties are not authorized to modify product terms, promise refunds, promise resale value, promise future value, promise future features, promise special support, promise eligibility, or bind TCG World. Users should rely only on official TCG World checkout pages and official written terms.

Creators and affiliates are not employees, agents, brokers, securities promoters, financial promoters, representatives, or legal spokespersons for TCG World. They may not negotiate agreements, accept payments on behalf of TCG World, make guarantees, provide financial claims, approve refunds, promise features, or represent that they have authority to bind TCG World.

Creators and affiliates must clearly disclose material connections to TCG World, including commissions, sponsorships, gifts, free items, referral links, paid campaigns, promotional access, or other benefits. Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, unavoidable, and made in the same medium where the promotion appears. A hidden profile disclosure or vague thank-you statement may not be enough.

Creators and affiliates may not describe UNIT, digital assets, virtual land, packs, or digital items as investments, profit opportunities, guaranteed-value items, passive income, resale opportunities, scarce financial assets, or appreciation opportunities. They may not make claims about price, future market value, third-party listings, expected growth, expected resale, guaranteed rewards, guaranteed income, or guaranteed game success.

TCG World may invalidate sales or deny commissions for self-purchases, purchases by related parties, purchases made for the purpose of generating commission, fraudulent traffic, bot traffic, paid traffic that violates rules, duplicate attribution, coupon abuse, chargebacks, refunds, payment failures, suspicious activity, misleading promotions, or failure to disclose the promotional relationship.

No creator or affiliate has a right to payment until TCG World determines that the sale is valid, the commission is final, the payout threshold is met, the required tax forms are complete, the required verification is complete, and no compliance hold applies. TCG World may withhold, offset, reverse, or delay payouts where required by law or where TCG World determines a risk exists.

TCG World may require creators and affiliates to remove, edit, correct, or stop using promotional content, links, claims, ads, posts, videos, streams, images, or descriptions that TCG World determines are inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, harmful, outdated, inconsistent with brand standards, or inconsistent with these Terms. Failure to comply may result in program termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

TCG World may use analytics and advertising tools to understand traffic, improve the Services, measure campaigns, detect abuse, track creator and affiliate performance, attribute purchases, optimize pages, and evaluate user engagement. These tools may involve third-party providers and may use cookies, pixels, device information, IP addresses, conversion events, referral links, and similar technologies.

Certain privacy laws may treat some advertising, analytics, pixels, cross-site tracking, affiliate tracking, or similar activities as sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising. TCG World may provide opt-out tools or honor legally required opt-out signals where required. Users should review the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for current rights and controls.

Strictly necessary cookies and security tools may be used to operate the Services. Analytics, advertising, functional, affiliate tracking, and similar non-essential technologies may be subject to user consent or opt-out rights depending on user location and applicable law. Disabling certain technologies may affect functionality, personalization, referral attribution, fraud detection, or user experience.

TCG World may send marketing emails where permitted by law. Marketing emails will include legally required sender information, opt-out instructions, and company contact information. Users may opt out of non-essential marketing emails. Opting out of marketing emails does not stop service, legal, purchase, support, security, Account, or transactional messages.

Users, creators, and affiliates may not use TCG World-related campaigns, marks, links, or offers in emails that are deceptive, unlawful, misleading, sent without required consent, missing legally required disclosures, missing opt-out mechanisms where required, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable email rules. TCG World may terminate program access for improper email practices.

Available remedies include warnings, education, content removal, content editing, link removal, listing removal, item removal, land content removal, feature restriction, Marketplace restriction, creator program restriction, payout hold, claim denial, reward denial, purchase cancellation, entitlement reversal, Account suspension, Account termination, device restriction, wallet restriction, region restriction, IP restriction, referral invalidation, commission clawback, legal referral, law enforcement referral, or civil action.

TCG World may take immediate action without prior notice where it believes there is fraud, security risk, legal risk, user harm, intellectual property infringement, payment abuse, sanctions risk, exploit activity, Account compromise, public safety concern, data risk, or harm to TCG World reputation or operations.

TCG World may rely on internal logs, payment records, Account records, device data, support records, public-ledger records, third-party vendor reports, user reports, moderator observations, anti-cheat data, fraud signals, and other evidence. TCG World is not required to disclose confidential evidence, detection methods, vendor reports, internal deliberations, legal analysis, or security systems.

Failure to immediately enforce any rule does not waive TCG World right to enforce that rule later. TCG World may act after investigation, after receiving additional evidence, after identifying patterns, or after legal review.

These Terms protect TCG World entities, employees, officers, directors, contractors, service providers, licensors, creators, affiliates, partners, successors, assigns, and agents to the fullest extent permitted by law. Users may not attempt to evade these protections by suing or threatening individuals for actions taken in connection with the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim, dispute, demand, proceeding, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Services, TCG World, UNIT, digital assets, digital items, virtual land, DLC, accounts, purchases, marketplace activity, creator programs, support decisions, enforcement actions, public communications, or these Terms must be brought, if at all, only against the applicable TCG World entity and not against any individual officer, director, shareholder, member, employee, contractor, developer, moderator, creator, affiliate, service provider, vendor, payment provider, hosting provider, technology provider, marketing partner, agent, representative, or other Protected Party personally. Users agree not to name, threaten, pursue, harass, pressure, or seek recovery from individual Protected Parties for acts or omissions performed in connection with TCG World or the Services except where such limitation is prohibited by law. This section does not limit TCG World's right to seek relief against users or third parties who threaten, harass, defame, extort, impersonate, or otherwise target individual Protected Parties.

UNIT, supported digital assets, virtual land, digital items, DLC, packs, founder benefits, promotional benefits, rewards, and account entitlements are intended only for entertainment, access, utility, collection, personalization, gameplay, and platform-related use where supported by TCG World. They are not intended to function as investments, financial products, stores of value, savings products, speculative instruments, payment instruments outside the Services, or substitutes for currency, securities, commodities, banking products, deposits, insurance, or managed accounts.

UNIT and supported digital assets do not possess intrinsic value. Any perceived value is subjective, may be zero, may change at any time, may disappear entirely, and may depend on factors outside TCG World control, including personal preference, gameplay interest, third-party behavior, public-ledger network conditions, technical support, user demand, platform availability, and external market activity. TCG World does not support, create, maintain, defend, insure, stabilize, redeem, guarantee, or promise any value.

For purposes of these Terms, supported digital assets and UNIT are treated as digital utility items and/or digital collectibles where supported by TCG World. The use of the word collectible does not guarantee rarity, scarcity, resale, display, transferability, support by third parties, or future utility. A digital collectible may be modified, restricted, deprecated, disabled, or discontinued as part of game design, legal compliance, security, platform changes, or business operations.

Digital items, virtual land, digital assets, UNIT, and account entitlements do not represent real-world land, physical goods, deeds, leases, tenancies, security interests, equity interests, ownership interests in TCG World, rights to company assets, rights to revenue, or claims against TCG World property. Any land, parcel, vehicle, creature, character, badge, title, cosmetic, pass, access right, or similar feature is a digital feature governed by these Terms and by TCG World Internal Records.

By acquiring, receiving, using, holding, linking, transferring, displaying, or attempting to use UNIT, a digital asset, a digital item, virtual land, or any related entitlement, you acknowledge that you are doing so for entertainment, access, collection, or platform-use purposes only, and not for investment, profit, resale, speculation, financial return, income, yield, appreciation, or reliance on TCG World future efforts.

TCG World does not owe users any fiduciary duty, trustee duty, custodial duty, investment-management duty, broker duty, dealer duty, advisory duty, exchange duty, market operator duty, clearing duty, settlement duty, escrow duty, or duty to maximize, preserve, support, protect, maintain, or improve the value, liquidity, marketability, utility, display, transferability, scarcity, or usability of UNIT, digital assets, digital items, virtual land, packs, creator rewards, marketplace listings, or account entitlements.

TCG World does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, trading advice, asset valuation, appraisals, suitability determinations, portfolio guidance, market analysis, price forecasts, or recommendations to acquire, sell, hold, transfer, use, mint, link, list, or display UNIT, digital assets, virtual land, or any digital item. Any information provided by TCG World is for product, platform, technical, entertainment, or general informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, including whether to purchase DLC, acquire digital items, connect a wallet, use UNIT, participate in public-ledger features, list an item, participate in a claim, join a creator program, or interact with a third party. TCG World is not responsible for your financial decisions, tax consequences, compliance decisions, device choices, wallet choices, marketplace choices, or reliance on community discussions, screenshots, third-party data, price charts, or social media.

TCG World has no duty to intervene in external markets, user-to-user disputes, public-ledger transactions, liquidity conditions, secondary sales, third-party listings, external marketplace disputes, price movements, scams, phishing, wallet compromise, mistaken transfers, or user speculation. TCG World may choose to assist users in limited circumstances, but any assistance is discretionary and does not create a future duty.

Purchases or receipts of digital items, digital assets, virtual land, packs, founder benefits, rewards, claims, airdrops, or UNIT are not pooled with other users for investment purposes. Users do not participate in a pooled investment vehicle, common fund, profit-sharing arrangement, managed program, or collective enterprise with TCG World or other users by using the Services or acquiring any digital feature.

Using the Services, purchasing digital items, receiving rewards, controlling a digital asset, or using UNIT does not create a common enterprise between you and TCG World or between you and other users. Your rights, if any, are limited to the specific access, utility, or entertainment features made available by TCG World under these Terms, and those rights do not entitle you to share in TCG World success, revenue, profits, assets, intellectual property, or enterprise value.

You may not rely on TCG World future development, marketing, management, partnerships, roadmap execution, exchange support, marketplace support, public-ledger support, game updates, business growth, user growth, creator adoption, advertising, fundraising, or company efforts for profit, appreciation, resale value, liquidity, market value, or financial return. Any future feature may be delayed, modified, never launched, or discontinued.

TCG World does not promise buybacks, burns, price support, liquidity support, market making, redemption, repurchase, stabilization, guaranteed listings, guaranteed exchange access, guaranteed marketplace support, or ongoing third-party support for UNIT or any digital asset. Any contrary statement by a user, creator, affiliate, community member, contractor, or other third party is unauthorized and not binding on TCG World.

No government agency, regulator, exchange, marketplace, store, platform, or public authority has approved, endorsed, guaranteed, registered, or reviewed UNIT, digital assets, digital items, virtual land, or the Services as an investment, financial product, security, or value-bearing instrument. Users may not represent otherwise.

External marketplaces, external trading venues, public-ledger tools, third-party analytics, third-party rankings, third-party price pages, external liquidity sources, public-ledger explorers, wallet applications, indexers, aggregators, and third-party display services are outside TCG World control. TCG World is not responsible for their content, prices, listings, delistings, errors, outages, data, policies, fees, taxes, moderation, availability, security, or decisions.

TCG World does not promise that any digital item, digital asset, virtual land, UNIT, account entitlement, or pack benefit can be resold, transferred, exchanged, displayed, listed, rented, loaned, traded, bridged, indexed, discovered, or monetized through any external service. Any secondary activity is at the user's sole risk and may be unavailable, restricted, legally prohibited, unsupported, or discontinued.

TCG World is not responsible for liquidity, thin markets, slippage, lack of buyers, lack of sellers, failed swaps, failed listings, inaccurate prices, wash trading, market manipulation by third parties, misleading volume, external royalties, external fee changes, marketplace enforcement, public-ledger congestion, or user losses from external transactions.

External prices, floor prices, price charts, community valuations, screenshots, appraisals, analytics, third-party rankings, or social media claims do not establish value, damages, purchase price, refund rights, compensation rights, or TCG World obligations. TCG World may treat any digital item, digital asset, virtual land, or UNIT as having no cash value for purposes of support, enforcement, refunds, claims, corrections, or account decisions.

TCG World may attempt to receive royalties or fees on supported marketplace transactions where technically and legally available, but TCG World does not guarantee that external marketplaces will honor, enforce, display, calculate, collect, or remit royalties or fees. TCG World may change royalty or fee practices at any time as permitted by the relevant technology, marketplace, and law.

Metadata, images, descriptions, names, regions, coordinates, traits, attributes, rarity indicators, links, external URLs, media files, and display data associated with digital items, digital assets, virtual land, or UNIT may be created, hosted, cached, corrected, updated, replaced, delayed, removed, unavailable, or displayed differently across TCG World systems and third-party services. Metadata is a technical and descriptive layer, not a guarantee of value, permanence, rarity, or support.

Third-party wallets, marketplaces, indexers, explorers, search engines, aggregators, analytics tools, and social platforms may cache, misread, delay, distort, omit, fail to refresh, or incorrectly display metadata, images, traits, links, or ownership information. TCG World is not responsible for third-party rendering issues, cache delays, broken external images, incorrect thumbnails, stale metadata, missing traits, inaccurate rarity tools, external ranking errors, or marketplace display problems.

TCG World may correct metadata, images, traits, region assignments, item identifiers, land information, public-ledger references, internal mappings, wallet links, and other data where it determines there has been an error, mismatch, security issue, migration issue, display issue, compliance issue, or operational need. Corrections may affect how items appear on TCG World or third-party services and do not create a refund or compensation right.

TCG World may change hosting providers, media URLs, image servers, content delivery networks, metadata endpoints, storage systems, and link structures. TCG World is not required to maintain any particular hosting provider, URL format, file path, image resolution, metadata endpoint, or third-party display method indefinitely.

Rarity, scarcity, categories, tiers, labels, regions, traits, attributes, and item classifications are gameplay, display, or collection descriptors only. They do not guarantee value, resale, demand, future utility, exclusive rights, or permanent availability. TCG World may rebalance, rename, regroup, reclassify, or modify traits, rarity, utility, and attributes for game design, technical, compliance, or business reasons.

TCG World may temporarily or permanently discontinue, suspend, restrict, migrate, replace, or stop supporting any public-ledger feature, digital asset feature, UNIT-related feature, wallet connection, marketplace feature, public-ledger address, public-ledger program, metadata endpoint, claim page, external display integration, or related support process if TCG World determines that continued support creates legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, security, technical, financial, operational, store-compliance, reputational, user-safety, or business risk.

TCG World has no obligation to maintain, fund, operate, subsidize, upgrade, bridge, index, repair, migrate, or support any public-ledger network, external liquidity source, bridge, marketplace, wallet integration, explorer, indexer, metadata service, third-party display service, transaction venue, or public-ledger infrastructure. TCG World may choose to support certain systems and not others.

Discontinuation, suspension, migration, or restriction of public-ledger features, UNIT support, digital asset support, marketplace support, metadata support, or wallet support does not entitle users to refunds, replacement assets, cash value, damages, credits, substitute features, or compensation except where required by law or expressly promised in a signed written agreement.

If a third-party platform, game store, app store, launcher, payment provider, bank, vendor, regulator, or legal requirement restricts or prohibits public-ledger features, UNIT features, wallet connection, marketplace access, or digital asset functionality, TCG World may remove or disable such features from that version or environment without compensation.

TCG World may offer migrations or transition paths when it determines they are appropriate, but no user has a general right to migration, replacement, bridging, reissue, or continued support. Any migration may be subject to eligibility rules, deadlines, technical requirements, manual review, fraud review, and separate terms.

Any recovery, reissue, replacement, correction, remapping, migration, metadata correction, support escalation, or lost wallet assistance is entirely discretionary. TCG World may deny assistance for any reason, including lack of proof, fraud risk, conflicting claims, external transfer history, sold assets, compromised wallets, unsupported assets, missed deadlines, account violations, chargebacks, sanctions risk, legal risk, or inability to verify ownership.

TCG World may require identity verification, account verification, wallet control proof, transaction records, purchase receipts, order confirmations, public-ledger signatures, affidavits, police reports, payment records, tax information, screenshots, device information, support history, or other evidence before reviewing a recovery, reissue, correction, or ownership claim. Failure to provide requested information may result in denial.

TCG World is not responsible for lost wallets, lost keys, lost recovery phrases, stolen assets, compromised wallets, malicious approvals, phishing, social engineering, user transfers, user sales, user mistakes, or assets sent to the wrong address. TCG World has no obligation to reissue or replace external digital assets where a user loses control of a wallet or transfers an asset away.

If multiple people claim the same Account, digital item, digital asset, wallet, land parcel, reward, or entitlement, TCG World may freeze support review, require additional evidence, deny all claims, follow Internal Records, require a court order, or take other action it determines appropriate. TCG World is not required to adjudicate private ownership disputes.

If TCG World corrects, reissues, replaces, remaps, or assists with any claim, that action is not an admission of error, liability, obligation, precedent, policy, or future duty. TCG World may make exceptions without waiving its rights or creating rights for other users.

TCG World may design, modify, apply, or suspend compliance, fraud-prevention, identity-verification, sanctions-screening, public-ledger-screening, transaction-monitoring, payout-review, account-review, chargeback-review, and risk-management procedures as it determines appropriate for the Services. TCG World may use internal tools, third-party vendors, Payment Provider tools, manual review, automated review, or any combination of these.

TCG World may require additional verification before or after purchases, refunds, support requests, marketplace activity, creator payouts, affiliate payouts, rewards, prizes, claims, migrations, airdrops, wallet linking, public-ledger activity, account recovery, suspicious activity, high-value activity, unusual activity, region changes, payment changes, or any other risk event.

Compliance review may involve collecting or processing names, emails, usernames, account identifiers, device information, IP addresses, payment records, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, public-ledger activity, tax information, support records, proof of address, identification records where required, fraud signals, sanctions-screening outputs, vendor reports, and other information reasonably related to compliance, fraud prevention, tax, payout, support, or legal obligations.

TCG World may place holds, delays, limits, restrictions, denials, freezes, reversals, cancellations, account reviews, payout holds, claim holds, marketplace restrictions, or feature restrictions while it investigates risk. TCG World is not liable for delays, missed opportunities, price changes, lost access, lost sales, or user losses caused by compliance or fraud-review holds.

Suspicious activity may include inconsistent account information, unusual purchases, unusual transfers, unusual wallet behavior, duplicate claims, multiple accounts, use of stolen payment methods, mismatched jurisdictions, chargeback patterns, false support claims, coordinated abuse, high-risk wallet activity, sanctions exposure, marketplace manipulation, referral abuse, creator payout abuse, or any activity TCG World determines presents legal, payment, security, or platform risk.

TCG World may report suspicious activity, fraud, chargebacks, sanctions concerns, abuse, threats, exploitation, intellectual property violations, tax issues, security incidents, or unlawful activity to Payment Providers, banks, card networks, stores, platforms, law enforcement, regulators, tax authorities, fraud vendors, security vendors, or other appropriate parties where required or permitted by law.

TCG World is not required to disclose risk scores, vendor reports, screening results, investigation methods, internal deliberations, thresholds, automated decision logic, fraud indicators, security tools, or compliance procedures, especially where disclosure could compromise security, privacy, investigations, legal obligations, or platform integrity.

TCG World may make commercially reasonable efforts to improve accessibility of its website and Services over time. Because TCG World includes dynamic game environments, graphical interfaces, real-time interaction, third-party integrations, public-ledger tools, downloadable software, user-generated content, and external platforms, not every feature may be accessible to every user or compatible with every assistive technology.

TCG World may review reports and prioritize improvements based on feasibility, safety, cost, technical complexity, user impact, legal requirements, and development priorities.

TCG World does not guarantee that the Services will be compatible with every device, browser, operating system, launcher, store, controller, input method, assistive technology, internet connection, wallet, or user configuration. Certain features may be unavailable or impractical for some users due to technical, third-party, security, public-ledger, store, or gameplay requirements.

Where feasible and appropriate, TCG World may offer support guidance or alternative access methods for certain issues, but TCG World is not required to redesign gameplay, public-ledger features, third-party tools, marketplace features, real-time events, or user-generated content to accommodate every individual configuration except where required by law.

Accessibility issues caused by third-party stores, launchers, wallets, payment providers, streaming platforms, marketplaces, operating systems, browsers, devices, plug-ins, or user-generated content may be outside TCG World control. Users may need to contact the third-party provider for support.

Third-party services may include game stores, launchers, app stores, console platforms, payment providers, banks, card networks, wallet providers, public-ledger networks, marketplaces, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, email providers, support tools, anti-fraud vendors, identity vendors, tax vendors, streaming platforms, social platforms, and content delivery networks. These third parties are independent from TCG World unless expressly stated.

TCG World is not responsible for third-party account bans, store restrictions, payment holds, app store policy changes, launcher outages, wallet provider failures, marketplace delistings, analytics errors, advertising account actions, social media moderation, streaming platform strikes, or third-party decisions that affect your access to or promotion of the Services.

Different versions of TCG World may have different features depending on the store, launcher, device, jurisdiction, payment method, platform rules, age rules, rating rules, or technical requirements. Public-ledger features, UNIT, marketplace features, wallet connection, optional minting, and external links may be unavailable or disabled in certain versions.

If you purchase through a third-party store, app store, launcher, console platform, or Payment Provider, that third party may control billing, receipts, cancellation, chargebacks, refund processing, taxes, regional pricing, currency conversion, and account access. TCG World may be unable to override third-party refund or account decisions.

Links to third-party sites, stores, wallets, marketplaces, social platforms, videos, streams, advertisements, creator pages, or services are provided for convenience only. TCG World does not endorse or verify third-party content and is not responsible for third-party claims, malware, phishing, scams, purchases, or data practices.

TCG World may replace, add, remove, migrate, or stop using third-party providers at any time. Vendor changes may affect features, data, compatibility, payments, email delivery, analytics, access, marketplace functionality, public-ledger features, or support response times without creating a refund or compensation right.

TCG World does not provide a voluntary refund, return, exchange, credit, cancellation, or price-adjustment policy unless expressly stated in the final checkout flow, feature-specific terms, store-specific rules, or applicable law. Any exception granted by TCG World is discretionary and does not create a policy, precedent, waiver, or right for any other user.

Digital content may be delivered, unlocked, redeemed, fulfilled, or made available immediately after purchase or account activation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by purchasing or redeeming digital content, you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that cancellation, withdrawal, or cooling-off rights may be lost, limited, or unavailable once delivery begins or the content is made available.

No refund, credit, chargeback acceptance, replacement, or compensation will be provided for buyer remorse, dissatisfaction, changed expectations, duplicate purchases, failure to read descriptions, wrong platform, wrong account, wrong wallet, unsupported device, unsupported country, delay, server outage, feature modification, balance change, cosmetic change, metadata change, public-ledger issue, marketplace issue, third-party issue, chargeback, account suspension, account termination, creator misstatement, community statement, social media statement, loss of wallet, loss of account, phishing, user error, or external transaction issue, except where required by law.

Where a non-waivable law requires a refund, cancellation, withdrawal right, replacement, chargeback right, or other remedy, TCG World will comply only to the minimum extent required by that law and only for the specific transaction or issue legally requiring the remedy. Such compliance does not create broader rights, future rights, voluntary policies, or similar remedies for other products or users.

If a user initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or payment failure, TCG World may suspend the Account, remove or reverse related entitlements, block future purchases, restrict marketplace activity, withhold creator commissions, deny claims or rewards, require repayment, send the balance to collections, or terminate access. TCG World may provide evidence to Payment Providers and other relevant parties.

TCG World may offer discounts, bundles, creator prices, event prices, regional prices, temporary offers, or promotional pricing. Users are not entitled to retroactive discounts, price matching, partial refunds, credits, or compensation if pricing changes after purchase.

The User Content license granted to TCG World includes the right to use User Content in connection with operating, hosting, displaying, moderating, securing, developing, training internal moderation or safety tools, improving, advertising, promoting, archiving, preserving evidence, enforcing rights, and supporting the Services. This includes use in screenshots, trailers, social posts, livestreams, promotional materials, support materials, moderation records, legal records, and product demonstrations.

If User Content includes your name, username, display name, avatar, voice, likeness, image, persona, performance, gameplay, stream, chat, land content, team name, creator name, or public profile, you grant TCG World permission to use that material as part of the User Content license without compensation, approval, or further notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for obtaining all rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and consents needed for any people, music, artwork, brands, logos, clips, voices, likenesses, locations, game footage, AI-generated materials, third-party materials, and private information included in User Content. TCG World is not responsible for clearing rights on your behalf.

TCG World may remove, restrict, hide, edit, mute, disable, or block User Content for any reason, including risk, complaints, suspected infringement, user safety, brand safety, policy violations, legal concerns, store rules, payment provider concerns, or business reasons. Removal is not an admission that the content was unlawful or that TCG World had any obligation to remove it.

TCG World is not a storage, backup, archive, or hosting service for users. TCG World may delete User Content, chat, messages, logs, uploads, land content, images, videos, audio, links, or metadata at any time, subject to applicable law and preservation needs. Users should keep their own copies of anything important.

TCG World may preserve, access, review, disclose, or provide User Content and related records where required or permitted by law, to enforce these Terms, to investigate abuse, to respond to legal requests, to protect users, to defend TCG World, or to cooperate with rights holders, platforms, Payment Providers, law enforcement, or regulators.

The Privacy Policy controls specific rights and disclosures regarding personal information. These Terms supplement the Privacy Policy by explaining platform-level rules, user responsibilities, and TCG World rights relating to analytics, advertising, security, fraud prevention, communications, and tracking.

TCG World may process account data, support data, purchase data, device data, IP addresses, log data, game telemetry, crash reports, moderation records, fraud signals, wallet addresses, public-ledger activity, creator attribution data, affiliate link data, conversion data, email engagement data, advertising campaign data, cookie identifiers, and security information as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

TCG World may use analytics, advertising, conversion tracking, pixels, cookies, tags, referral links, affiliate links, attribution tools, A/B testing, fraud tools, and similar technologies. Depending on location and configuration, users may have opt-in, opt-out, preference, or browser-based controls. Disabling tracking technologies may affect login, fraud prevention, referral attribution, creator commissions, personalization, support, and user experience.

TCG World does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising in ways that include certain analytics, advertising, pixels, affiliate tracking, or similar tools. TCG World may provide legally required notices and controls through the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, cookie banner, preference tools, or other methods.

Transactional, legal, security, account, support, purchase, creator program, affiliate program, payout, compliance, and service messages may be necessary to operate the Services and may continue even if a user opts out of marketing. Marketing messages may be sent where permitted by law and will include legally required identification and unsubscribe options.

Users, creators, affiliates, and partners must not use TCG World names, links, campaigns, or offers in unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, misleading, or non-compliant messages. They are responsible for complying with email, privacy, advertising, endorsement, and platform rules when promoting TCG World.

The official support and legal intake email is support@tcg.world unless TCG World publishes another official method. Messages sent to employees, contractors, social media accounts, community moderators, creators, affiliates, or unofficial channels may not be treated as formal notice.

Support and complaint requests must include enough information for TCG World to investigate, including relevant Account information, order IDs, transaction records, wallet addresses, screenshots, device details, dates, support history, and a clear description of the issue. TCG World may deny, close, or ignore incomplete, unverifiable, abusive, duplicative, misleading, or bad-faith requests.

Support responses, informal accommodations, troubleshooting guidance, estimated timelines, or one-time exceptions do not create custom legal obligations, warranties, refund rights, access rights, future duties, admissions, or binding modifications of these Terms. Only a signed written agreement from an authorized officer can modify these Terms. No support response, bug fix, refund exception, reissue, correction, manual grant, migration assistance, metadata correction, account restoration, wallet change, creator payout adjustment, public statement, private message, prior accommodation, or isolated business decision creates a policy, precedent, waiver, warranty, admission, or obligation to provide the same or similar treatment to any other user. TCG World may make exceptions, correct mistakes, assist users, or take no action in one case without waiving any rights or creating any duty in another case.

TCG World may deny support and take enforcement action for false claims, manufactured disputes, altered screenshots, fabricated wallet claims, misleading social pressure, extortionate demands, threats, harassment, duplicate claims, coordinated abuse, or attempts to obtain items, money, refunds, commissions, or special treatment through deception.

TCG World is not required to resolve disputes involving external marketplaces, external wallets, private sales, user-to-user transfers, creator representations, third-party payment issues, social media claims, streaming platform actions, or community disagreements. TCG World may intervene only where it determines intervention protects the Services or is required by law.

TCG World may take immediate action without prior notice if it believes there is a security incident, exploit, fraud event, data risk, payment risk, public-ledger risk, legal risk, user harm, intellectual property issue, creator program abuse, or threat to platform integrity. Emergency action may include disabling features, freezing claims, pausing marketplace activity, restricting wallets, reversing entitlements, forcing password resets, blocking regions, or suspending accounts.

TCG World may freeze purchases, claims, optional minting, marketplace activity, creator payouts, rewards, support actions, digital item transfers, account recovery, or public-ledger features while investigating technical, security, fraud, compliance, or legal issues. Users are not entitled to compensation for delays, lost sales, missed prices, missed promotions, network changes, or other consequences of a freeze.

TCG World may choose the remediation it considers appropriate, including patching, rollback, reset, data correction, entitlement reversal, reissue, substitution, migration, account review, public notice, private notice, or no action. TCG World is not required to select the remedy preferred by any user.

TCG World may preserve logs, communications, payment records, public-ledger records, support submissions, user content, device data, vendor reports, and other evidence related to security incidents, fraud, legal claims, enforcement, or compliance reviews.

TCG World is not required to disclose vulnerabilities, exploit details, security vendor information, technical architecture, internal controls, remediation plans, or investigative findings where disclosure could create risk or compromise security.

TCG World is intended for adults only. TCG World does not market to children and does not permit users under 18 or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. This age rule applies to accounts, purchases, wallet connection, creator programs, marketplace features, rewards, claims, and public-ledger features.

Users, creators, and affiliates may not market TCG World to children, use child-directed advertising, imply that TCG World is intended for children, collect information from children through TCG World campaigns, or create promotional content that targets children. TCG World may remove campaigns or terminate creator participation if it believes content is child-directed or unsafe.

Online game environments may include user interaction, chat, user-generated content, public events, streaming, creator content, and third-party links. TCG World may moderate or restrict content, but it cannot guarantee that users will not encounter offensive, inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful material.

TCG World may implement reporting tools, moderation tools, filters, restrictions, account actions, content removal, or other controls to protect users and the Services. TCG World is not required to pre-screen all content or prevent every harmful interaction.

Ratings, age gates, store classifications, platform rules, and content restrictions may vary by platform, region, and version. TCG World may modify features or content to comply with store, platform, legal, or rating requirements.

Events, competitions, tournaments, creator campaigns, giveaways, live streams, sponsored activities, and prize opportunities may have supplemental rules. Supplemental rules may include eligibility, region, age, tax, timing, scoring, conduct, prize, verification, and disqualification terms. If supplemental rules conflict with these Terms for a specific event, the supplemental rules control only for that event.

TCG World may require identity verification, age verification, location verification, tax forms, payment verification, account standing, wallet verification, or other proof before allowing participation or distributing prizes, rewards, or access. Failure to complete verification may result in disqualification or forfeiture.

TCG World may disqualify participants for cheating, collusion, manipulation, bots, multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, harassment, abusive conduct, prohibited content, false information, chargebacks, sanctions issues, legal restrictions, platform bans, or any conduct that harms the fairness or reputation of the event.

Prizes, rewards, tickets, access, and promotional benefits may be delayed, substituted, modified, withheld, or cancelled for legal, tax, technical, fraud, platform, shipping, payment, vendor, or business reasons. TCG World may substitute a prize of comparable type or value as determined by TCG World, or may cancel a prize where distribution is not lawful or practical.

No event or promotion is intended to be gambling, wagering, betting, a lottery, or an unlawful game of chance. Users may not stake value, wager, operate side-bets, create unauthorized prize pools, sell entries, or run unauthorized competitions using TCG World systems or brand.

Where permitted by law and unless prohibited by supplemental rules, TCG World may use winner usernames, display names, avatars, submitted content, gameplay clips, and prize information for event administration, announcement, and promotion without additional compensation.

TCG World does not promise that the Services, servers, game client, website, marketplace, creator program, public-ledger features, UNIT support, digital asset support, metadata support, or any feature will operate forever. TCG World may suspend, sunset, shut down, sell, transfer, restructure, merge, migrate, or discontinue all or part of the Services.

If any part of the Services is shut down or discontinued, users may lose access to accounts, gameplay, servers, digital items, DLC, virtual land functionality, marketplace features, creator tools, support tools, claims, rewards, or other features. TCG World is not required to provide refunds, compensation, replacement services, data exports, public-ledger support, or continued functionality except where required by law.

TCG World may retain, delete, archive, anonymize, preserve, or export data according to its Privacy Policy, legal obligations, security needs, tax obligations, payment records, enforcement records, support needs, technical constraints, and business operations. TCG World is not required to preserve user progress, user content, logs, metadata, or account data indefinitely.

TCG World may provide transition tools, migration paths, claim processes, or export options where it determines appropriate, but it is not required to do so unless required by law or a signed written agreement. Any transition or migration may have deadlines, technical requirements, eligibility criteria, verification, and separate rules.

TCG World may assign, transfer, license, sell, merge, reorganize, or otherwise move the Services, assets, data, intellectual property, contracts, rights, obligations, or operations to an affiliate, successor, buyer, vendor, or other entity without user consent, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that TCG World is a game-first entertainment platform; that all purchases are final except where required by law; that digital items, virtual land, digital assets, and UNIT are for entertainment, access, utility, and collection purposes only; that they have no intrinsic value; that no value, liquidity, resale, profit, roadmap, exchange support, marketplace support, future utility, or permanent availability is guaranteed; and that TCG World Internal Records control platform access and entitlements.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted broadly to protect TCG World, its entities, employees, officers, directors, contractors, vendors, service providers, licensors, creators, affiliates, partners, successors, assigns, and agents to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a provision is limited by applicable law, it will apply to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining protections will remain in effect.

You acknowledge that prior versions of terms, old websites, old decks, outdated FAQs, community statements, screenshots, influencer materials, drafts, private messages, support statements, or promotional materials may be outdated, incomplete, or superseded. The current Terms, official purchase page, and TCG World Internal Records control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If these Terms are posted on a website, embedded in an account flow, linked in a checkout page, or referenced in a game client, that publication is intended to bind users to the fullest extent permitted by law. TCG World may require click-through acceptance, account acceptance, updated acceptance, or continued-use acceptance before allowing access to some or all Services. TCG World may condition access, purchase, download, installation, support, creator participation, public-ledger access, marketplace access, claim submission, reward distribution, or continued use on acceptance of the current Terms. Where TCG World presents these Terms through a click-through, checkbox, checkout notice, account notice, game-client notice, website link, or feature-specific notice, the user's acceptance, continued use, or completion of the relevant action is intended to bind the user to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you do not accept these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services. Continued use, account access, purchase, participation in creator programs, connection of a wallet, use of public-ledger features, submission of User Content, or interaction with TCG World after these Terms are made available constitutes acceptance to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any game economy, in-game currency, resource system, crafting system, marketplace mechanic, reward table, drop rate, spawn rate, pricing system, progression system, land utility, vehicle utility, creature utility, item utility, access right, or benefit within the Services is a game feature controlled by TCG World. TCG World may change, rebalance, limit, remove, replace, reset, or discontinue any such feature for game design, fairness, security, legal, technical, business, or operational reasons.

No user has a right to preserve a particular gameplay advantage, item strength, rarity level, drop rate, earning rate, reward rate, transferability, marketplace value, access level, land benefit, or game economy condition. TCG World may nerf, buff, rebalance, restrict, disable, or reclassify any feature without refund or compensation except where required by law.

Any in-game currency, points, credits, resources, rewards, experience, rankings, badges, points, or similar measures are limited game mechanics unless expressly stated otherwise. They have no cash value, are not deposits, are not stored value, are not payment instruments, are not financial products, and may be reset, modified, capped, expired, removed, or withheld.

TCG World may remove or reverse items, rewards, currency, points, progress, claims, payouts, marketplace transactions, referrals, creator commissions, or entitlements obtained through bugs, exploits, errors, unauthorized tools, abuse, manipulation, fraud, mistaken grants, duplicate grants, incorrect pricing, or unintended mechanics. Users are not entitled to keep benefits obtained through error or abuse.

TCG World may impose limits, cooldowns, rate limits, anti-abuse systems, caps, locks, reviews, manual approvals, region restrictions, payout thresholds, identity checks, marketplace restrictions, transaction limits, account restrictions, wallet restrictions, or other controls to protect game economy integrity, user safety, payment systems, compliance posture, and platform stability.

Only a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of TCG World can create binding obligations that modify these Terms. Statements by support staff, community moderators, contractors, developers, creators, affiliates, streamers, partners, investors, community members, social media accounts, chat participants, or other persons do not modify these Terms unless expressly incorporated in a signed written agreement by TCG World.

Roadmaps, development updates, timelines, launch windows, demos, previews, trailers, pitch decks, screenshots, feature lists, community calls, interviews, AMAs, streams, emails, presentations, or posts are informational only and may change. They are not promises, warranties, guarantees, purchase terms, investment statements, or binding commitments.

Community summaries, FAQs, help articles, decks, sales materials, creator scripts, influencer descriptions, promotional graphics, and support explanations may simplify or summarize features. If they conflict with these Terms, the final checkout page, feature-specific terms, or TCG World Internal Records, those official records control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Older materials may refer to discontinued features, prior technical architecture, prior terminology, old networks, old marketplaces, prior claim systems, prior game direction, or obsolete business plans. Users may not rely on outdated materials after new Terms, updated product pages, updated support rules, or updated official announcements are published.

TCG World does not authorize claims that digital items, digital assets, virtual land, or UNIT are investments, profit opportunities, guaranteed-value items, guaranteed scarce assets, or guaranteed resale items. TCG World may require correction or removal of unauthorized statements and may take enforcement action against users, creators, or affiliates who make them.

The Services may be accessible from many locations, but access does not mean that every feature is lawful, available, supported, or appropriate in every jurisdiction. Users are responsible for understanding local laws and must not use features that are prohibited or restricted where they are located, resident, organized, or otherwise subject to law.

TCG World may offer different features, prices, payment methods, digital items, public-ledger support, marketplace access, creator programs, rewards, promotions, or support processes in different regions. Feature differences may result from law, compliance risk, tax, store rules, payment provider rules, age rules, content rules, technical limitations, or business decisions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law gives a user non-waivable rights, these Terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and are limited only to the extent necessary to comply with that law. Any required remedy will be limited to the specific right, jurisdiction, product, and transaction required by law.

TCG World may block, restrict, geofence, disable, or remove access for certain regions, countries, users, payment methods, wallets, accounts, or features. TCG World may do so without prior notice where legal, sanctions, tax, store, payment, public-ledger, security, fraud, or operational risk exists.

These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls to the fullest extent permitted by law. Translations, summaries, informal explanations, or localized materials are for convenience only unless TCG World expressly states otherwise in a signed written agreement or mandatory local-language terms.

TCG World may rely on Internal Records, server logs, payment records, order records, account records, support tickets, email records, device data, IP data, fraud signals, anti-cheat data, marketplace records, creator attribution data, public-ledger records, metadata records, vendor reports, user reports, screenshots, communications, and other evidence to investigate issues and enforce these Terms.

TCG World may retain records for legal, tax, payment, fraud, security, compliance, operational, support, enforcement, and business purposes. TCG World is not required to retain all records forever and may delete, archive, anonymize, or restrict records according to its policies, technical needs, and legal obligations.

TCG World may audit accounts, purchases, claims, rewards, creator commissions, affiliate sales, marketplace transactions, wallet links, digital item grants, support claims, and user activity to verify compliance. TCG World may reverse or correct benefits, commissions, rewards, or entitlements that fail review.

TCG World is not required to disclose logs, internal records, private user information, vendor reports, legal analysis, security findings, fraud signals, anti-cheat methods, or investigation materials except where required by law. TCG World may provide summaries or decisions without exposing sensitive information.

If user-provided evidence conflicts with TCG World Internal Records, TCG World may rely on Internal Records to the fullest extent permitted by law. TCG World may reject altered screenshots, incomplete records, unverifiable documents, conflicting wallet claims, unsupported community records, or evidence that TCG World determines is unreliable.

These Terms are intended to protect TCG World as broadly as permitted by law. Users may not avoid these Terms through technicalities, indirect conduct, use of multiple accounts, use of third parties, use of proxies, use of separate wallets, use of affiliates, use of automated tools, use of informal channels, or attempts to recharacterize platform features as financial obligations.

TCG World may evaluate conduct based on substance rather than labels. Conduct may violate these Terms even if a user describes it as testing, research, criticism, advocacy, community moderation, support escalation, marketing, private resale, refund request, public complaint, security research, or creator activity.

Users may not weaponize support channels, public posts, community pressure, false reports, media threats, regulatory threats, legal threats, chargebacks, creator influence, or coordinated harassment to obtain refunds, assets, special treatment, confidential information, or exceptions not available under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms prevents users from making truthful statements, good-faith support requests, good-faith legal claims, or lawful regulatory complaints. TCG World may still act against false, abusive, threatening, misleading, coercive, fraudulent, or bad-faith conduct.

The protections in these Terms are cumulative. If more than one section applies to a dispute, risk, transaction, claim, or user action, TCG World may rely on all applicable sections. If one protection is limited, all remaining protections continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are intended to provide the maximum lawful protection to TCG World and the Protected Parties across all Services, transactions, products, features, websites, game clients, support channels, purchase flows, creator programs, marketplace activity, UNIT-related functionality, digital assets, digital items, virtual land, public-ledger features, events, promotions, and user interactions. If a claim, dispute, user action, or risk is not specifically named, it is still covered to the extent it arises out of or relates to TCG World, the Services, any TCG World-operated or TCG World-branded product, or any user interaction with TCG World. No user may use narrow interpretation, omitted examples, prior terminology, outdated product descriptions, technical workarounds, third-party platforms, alternate accounts, separate wallets, informal channels, or hostile recharacterizations to avoid the protective purpose of these Terms. TCG World may rely on the broadest lawful interpretation of these Terms in any support decision, enforcement action, dispute, investigation, payment review, claim review, or legal proceeding.
